Du Parc Hotel Dalat has a very small lobby, and just as you enter, you will see a "bird-cage" lift in art-nouveau style (there aren't many left in the modern world). There are only 4 floors, so if it is not properly shut and stops running, you may have to use the stairs. I like the shape of my room...

As a franco-viet family, we really love the architecture and the history of the hotel, a heritage that needs to be cherished. Our little boy was charmed by the vintage cage elevator. It was true that at times the elevator did not operate if it had not been properly closed, but it was a pleasant walk up the spacious and...

This is an old hotel showing its age but with some nice features. Had a larger suite at the front of the hotel overlooking a busy intersection. The suites at the back are smaller but are quieter, overlooking houses with a view to the distant hills. The front rooms are very noisy but the traffic subsides by midnight. The windows...

Room is too small. Only have one electric outlet works. Water stopped when I'm in the middle of bath, after that when water came back, it was very dirty, color was brown. Breakfast were so boring. I had to ask 2 times about towels, and water bottles they brought to my room after more than 2 hours. Incredible.

Hotel itself is absolutely superb, unfortunately the management or staff are not quite in keeping with the building. Room had no towels when we arrived, after the maid left the next day we again had no towels, these two incidents as well as requesting bottles of water and an iron all took agonising amounts of time to be resolved. Housekeeping...

The hotel has history which makes it an interesting place to stay. Part of which is this limousine that is fitted out for royalty and is available for airport pickup. We paid 200k vnd pax. Must if you want to impress your travelling partner. Staff were mainly excellent and responded quickly to requests. But the noise travels through the old...

Nice old hotel with very good service. Hotel is old which has its charm but is fairly well renovated. Hotel is well located. Breakfast is good and allows all breakfast option. Rooms are clean and bed comfortable. A good choice for a good value for money.

Reception were polite and pleasant. Very run down. Old tired carpet on main stairs and hallways and dark hallway. Small elevator and does not work if the steel gate is not closed properly, Even in upgraded room it was ridiculously small. We had no room to move with 2 suitcases open on floors (nowhere else to open them) Ceiling fan...

Du Parc is in a lovely old building located near two other businesses owned by the same company (a restaurant and the Dalat Palace Hotel). The lobby is spacious and the original elevator in an intricate steel enclosure still operates. Breakfast is plentiful, although it emphasizes more Asian-style breakfast than western. But eggs are made to order and toast is...
