The Saigon hotel is centrally located in Da Lat and has good kerb appeal. The rooms are spacious and the hotel is well cared for and clean. The staff were pleasant and check in was straightforward. The rooms are well equipped with the ubiquitous large bed. The breakfast was unremarkable but quite acceptable. The reason for staying at this hotel...

We stayed at this hotel for 1 night , the foyer to the hotel is inviting and looks fantastic with its beautiful staircase . Check in was swift but this was the only hotel that we stayed in through out all of Vietnam that kept our passports at the reception. The rooms were large and clean with mini bar and...

Stayed here during our tour in Vietnam (February 2017) and not impressed with the hotel. Location is OK and fairly central. Breakfast not very good, poor choice and a lot of too sweet things! Tea and coffee in room consisted of only 1 Lipton tea bag and 1 Artichoke tea bag. They provided 2 coffee sachets, which is OK if...

Rather a grand older style hotel with spacious rooms with wooden floors. Enormous lobby with chandeliers and sweeping staircases. Indoor pool. Room was large and comfortable. The shower over the very high bath was a killer. Would be impossible to get in and out of for older or infirm people as it was very high and slippery. Breakfast the first...

I checked in on Boxing Day (Dec 26) and the hotel was mostly empty and even dark. Many of the corridor lights were switched off (especially on second floor where the gym is -- no one uses the gym so if you do, the staff will accompany you to switch on the lights). So overall, the lobby and second floor...

Stayed here with my family which used 3 rooms in total. The rooms are very nice and clean, with modern fittings. Staff are very helpful and friendly which is very good. Food buffet was alright, but not too great. Variety is ok but they can improve a bit on taste in my opinion. Overall a nice stay.

Good sized bed, decent location for sites, taxi's outside hotel. Good value for money. Nice view from bedroom. First bedroom had smell of cigarette smoke, the staff moved us without issue. Breakfast was not served from 6.

We enjoyed a junior suite with a balcony and great views on the 6th floor. The room was large and comfortable but my partner found the bed too firm. A separate shower and bathtub and a toto washlet fitted to the toilet. The minbar fridge can accommodate 1.5 lt bottles. There is ample hanging and storage space in the suite....

stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. The Location is good, in the heart of the city. The room was clean. It was a good option for the price. The only issue i can point was the limited vegetarian options for the breakfast.

1. The hotel is not at the town center but you can easily walk to the town center and night market. Because of the location, It is quieter than the town center. There is a nice view from our room at level 6. 2. The staff at the reception can speak English. 3. The breakfast is ok but lack of...
