It is not a sewer issue, their is a open waterway running through the property, sometimes there is a bad smell coming from it, usually after a rain when it is higher, today i went passed it and little smell. Siam Bayshore would do themselves a big favour by putting in an enclosed walk bridge between the two halves, which was accessible by wheelchair people etc, instead of the current walkway bridge.
