We have just spent 3 lovely weeks there, this is probably our 10 year. Over the years of going to Pattaya we have stayed in many hotels both 4 and 5 *, we can honestly say that for value this is the tops.
This hotel is amazing, staff are friendly and polite and speak quite a lot of english. The check in experience was a pleasure. Staff then escorted us to our room which was amazing.
Both swimming pools are great and the restaurants within the hotel are...More

Have stayed here now 3 times. Everytime has been excellent. Great accommodation, very clean and comfortable rooms. Main pool area is a great place to spend a day. And the spa/massage facility is excellent.
Nina has always been most helpful and nothing is too much...More
quite a nice property in pattaya...nice clean rooms...the rooms are arranged in such a way that there is proper ventilation..welcoming staff...a short distance away from the common places ..well stocked mini bar....they can work on the washrooms though..

It is not a sewer issue, their is a open waterway running through the property, sometimes there is a bad smell coming from it, usually after a rain when it is higher, today i went passed it and little smell. Siam Bayshore would do themselves a big favour by putting in an enclosed walk bridge between the two halves, which was accessible by wheelchair people etc, instead of the current walkway bridge.
