Excellent location - near to the beach; many cafes, restaurants, street foods, malls, convenience marts, massage parlours, bars etc. Surrounded by bars, few minutes walking distance to the beach & walking street. Pros: For around 500baht on agoda this place was great. Clean bright and airy with big balconies. Just 2 minutes from the beach and 30 seconds to a convenient store and lots of delicious street food right outside, as well as shopping malls and restaurants just minutes away. Walking street is a 5 or so minute walk. Wifi surprisingly good....

A win, truly. 500 baht - top floors (it's a walkup to the 5th floor - 3rd floor is missing) 600 baht low floors (low season) Staff doesn't speak much English but... most don't in Thailand, anyway. Keypass entry at night. Recommend.
