Don't hope any welcome words from staff they know only take money on arrival. After take all money they don't care you. They treat for guests like a enemy. I don't understand why they do like this. They not accept credit card or foreign currency so if you don't have local money to pay on arrival you can't get in...

Probably one of the worst hotels i have stayed in thailand. It is overpriced compared to equivalent hotels. Not even free wifi. Or free bottled water. Always trying to charge for items that were not in the mini bar. I arrived at 6pm at night by taxi and almost coudnt find the hotel as all the lights are off to...

Please don't waste your money coming to this awful guest house. They don't converse with you, they ignore you and they do work throughout the night with no regard to people wanting to sleep. They also take a 1000 deposit and don't have WiFi on downstairs unless you ask. They will charge you 70 baht to have WiFi in room....

The room I stayed in was called their "suite." More like a flat. large, but nothing special. Their A/C can only be set to 1 temperature (25C), so if you like to sleep at a cooler setting forget it. The owner doesn't like to be bothered, even though he is in the lobby all the time. Makes you feel a...

On our travels we decided to visit Pattaya. Booked to stay at Apple Inn for 9nights arriving on 1st December. As soon as we arrived the hotel was pitch black - not welcoming at all. And a car parked right outside blocking the hotel. Arrived at the hotel around 9.30am and the man on the desk could only say 'check...

The place was pretty much close to every highlight spot! Room was huge, very clean, with aircon and balcony .... Taxi to the sea front cost really little but also you can get local transport for even less! The owner was very friendly and had an amazing stuff who would help with every little thing. Fantastic job guys! Honestly I'd...

The rooms are nice, however cost about double to places next door. Another rather strange thing is in the evening they turn off all the lights in the lobby, so when you coming back, and after a few drinks, easy to walk past and not see the hotel. its little noisy from all the bars around if one wants to...

Apple Inn was the worst hotel i ever stayed. The owner/manager or whatever was almost drunk the whole day. First he told was we upgrade ur room because we r fully booked, but we just got what we booked. So only blabla. The remote for the aircon was almost unusable, without function, fixed to 25degree, night and day we sweat...

I fully endorse the previous two reviews. We arrived having booked the hotel for 5 days. We had also received confirmation by e mail. However the manager claimed that no rooms were available. All rooms fully booked! I cant believe that the owners can get away with this. We were told to leave with nowhere to stay. Luckily we found...
