I travel a lot and love to go to Thailand and now the area from this guesthouse so sent a request and they had some rooms for us so we proceed the booking. She confirmed and asked for a down payment via her bank and we did so. The money not arrived because she forgot to give her full name...

This hotel was hard to review. Its a great budget hotel about 75-100 meters off the main beach road. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are large, clean and have aircon. The beds are comfortable and big. The bathroom was clean, big and there was HOT water. Nice little patio over looking the street. Its a 15 baht...

Air con was good, Breakfast were above average, the staff were very friendly. Rooms were clean, the bed was huge, hot water was good. Lots of restauraunts and bars near by. This is a quiter area though, if you want the full on party and raunchy, Sexy scene, head over to Pattaya

spent 1 week here over New Year 2011/2012 - excellent!! 3 mins walk to beach, bars, restaurants, baht buses etc. Balcony rooms at front are very spacious, well equipped and very clean. We had 4 and they were all very good. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Could not fault anything and would definitely return. Jomtien beach on New Years...
