Superbly located. near to the shops , eateries and bars, but enclosed enough to get a resort fell. 3 nice sized pols which are never over busy. Rooms are dated but the price reflects this. Excellent thai dining in the food court next door to the hotel. M<y only major gripe was the lack of pool towels. they were put...

hotel well located, easily accessible with common bus and only 5 minutes walk from the beach. Unfortunately the resort is quite old and poor maintained. The staff are ok, they seems bored if you ask for something, especially in the restaurant. Definitely overpriced, can have much better hotel in Pattaya for the same rates.

Very much you get what you pay for with this hotel, rooms nothing special, our air con was loud and dripped the whole time, but the staff were very good. Location wise, this hotel would definitely suit single male travellers over family's and couples due to how close it is to Pattayas Soi 6 and other "activity areas" which are...

Good location and value for this resort hotel. Quite and with 3 swimming pools, the hotel is in one park and so it is an alternative to the big buldings hotels. Breakfast could be better, rooms are clean. Good choise for a short trip to Pattaya.

the location of the hotel on 2nd road close to everything is really nice. easily accessible via bhat bus. but the resort itself is dated and it shows in the rooms and bathrooms. needs renovation staff are very stiff lipped and found just one front office girl actually talk with a smile on face the restaurant serves the same breakfast...

Unfortunately unlike the previous visit when I stayed at Sabai Resort I cannot find positive points to write about. After I booked a pool facing room with a bathtub we were given a room at the back of the resort without a bathtub no pool view and a busy street right outside our window. After a night of no sleep...

Had the pleasure of staying here a few nights. The location is fantastic, right on the second road and the beach road is 5mins away. There's also a Big C nearby! That's the shopping mall. The rooms are great, spacious and everything works, the staff is friendly as well. Also!...the wifi works great! Would highly recommend this hotel for any...

This hotel/resort could be great, however my experience was disappointing. In the evening my darling & I were intending to shower before heading out for dinner only to find that there was NO hot water. The water heater was making the right noises but no heated water. On our way out I informed the staff at the front desk about...
