The number one thing I ask myself when evaluating a hotel is would I stay there again or try somewhere else. I would certainly stay again. I don't think it could be considered in the heart of the action in any way, but there is a convenience store nearby, and some restaurants and massage places. It is a short walk to numerous places. It was quiet, clean, comfortable, good stff, and a bargain for the price.

Had a lovely stay at Cozy Inn. Rooms are lovely with really comfortable beds. After a day seeing the sights, this was a great place to return to, to relax and get a good night's sleep. Good views, although it was generally hazy during our stay. Varied breakfast options, which helped set us up for a day of sightseeing.

Nice, clean. Free coffee and bottled water daily. Outside area to have a coffee. Breakfast very average for the price. Dark rooms but overall service was good. Would recommend to stay! Location is good (not excellent). If you stay make sure you check out food at 'drop in' so affordable and delicious! View from the 4th floor.

The location is ok, close the the old town but you need the motorbike to visit the new and partially the old town. The staff was friendly and with a great English which Is very helpful. The room is very tiny but very clean. The only negative point was they did not offer any courtesy line as ANY OTHER HOTEL!!!! breakfast was not amazing so I’d suggest to book the place without breakfast as there is a place very close with a wonderful breakfast . I do not remember the name so far but Is on the main road on the left side with red lanterns , just about 5 mins walk !

Hotel ok. Friendly staffs, clean room. Comfy bed with good sheets. Some english channels on TV. Good internet. Really small room, good for a short stay. The sliding bathroom door is a bit noise. You must leave cash deposit of 300 baht.

This hotel is ideal, good location handy for elephant sanctuary visits, very clean, friendly helpful staff & a nice breakfast. We were able to check in early after a ten hour bus ride, and the room was just what we needed. Staff were helpful and even got us a taxi sorted to the airport.

Stayed here twice for 4 nights in total during our Thailand trip. Staff are so friendly and helpful. We booked a number of trips and tours through the reception. Rooms are nice and comfortable. When we returned back the staff seemed so pleased to see us and even left a note in the room to welcome us back. Would definitely stay again.

Good and clean hotel for the price we paid during this off season for tourist. Many reasonably priced restaurants within 10-20 minutes walk. You can walk to most old town attractions and walking street at night or can hop on to their public transport like the red truck. Room is very clean but small for 2 persons. No space for baggage . Checkout time is 12 noon. I wish they could be more flexible and extend an hour or two.

Only stayed one night before heading off home. clean room, clean bathroom, cozy and nice staff. recommend close to everything in town. Good price too. they had these cute pineapple cookies at the front desk, good touch.

Good stay for the low price. Room was very clean, air conditioning, hot water, and internet all worked well. We did have to pay a deposit for our room key. Upon check out, after returning the key, we had to wait for the staff to "check the room" before they would release our deposit. Not super inconvenient, but we were on our way to the airport and this delayed us. Be sure to plan time for this process upon check out. Hotel is in a quiet, safe area and is walking distance from a few things. However, we did find that it was a long walk to the market and most restaurants. We ended up using Grab or tuktuk to get to/from the hotel.
