This boutique hotel is comfortable. The rooms are spacious and clean and the beds are ample in size. The rooms are also very quite which was nice. Staff is generally friendly and helpful. There is a nice sized pool available with a small jacuzzi. The breakfast offered isn't buffet style but off of a set menu. Portions are large enough...

Great hotel. Beautifully decorated. Very large, clean rooms. More like your own cottage. Pool looked nice. Staff was polite and accommodating. In a quiet area slightly off the beaten path. However the staff will happily arrange a taxi for you and they are very inexpensive. If I had to complain about something, it would be the very limited breakfast offerings....

This former home is beautifully made from teak wood and it's not very far from the old city of Chiang Mai. The suite we stayed in was huge with its own jacuzzi and infra-red sauna. The hotel served delicious local breakfast and beside the pool. What made my stay superb was the very friendly and accommodating staff, including its manager...

We checked in for a one-night stay... and we must say that we've been delighted by it. The quality of the reception, the room, the quiet in the middle of the hustle and bustle, the pool... eveything was perfect, for a very good price! No doubt I'd stay here again.

We stayed at this hotel in December 2016 and were highly satisfied. The rooms were lovely. They were perfectly clean and in a lovely traditional Thai style. The service couldn't have been better. The hotel staff will do whatever they can to help you. The menu at the hotel's restaurant is extensive and serves some lovely northern Thai food. The...

My wife and I are now in our eighth day at this hotel. We wanted a peaceful place to rest and refresh ourselves. This family-owned hotel has created the perfect atmosphere for our needs. We've been enjoying a comfortable room, the beautiful wood throughout the hotel, an excellent menu in a small beautiful restaurant, and a covered open air area...

We stayed a little longer here than planned, and had a suite for the extra days. All the rooms are very nice indeed, with lots of gleaming teak, and well constructed. To be honest, the standard room was newer and better than the suite. (Nothing really wrong with the suite - just saying the standard room was better - and...

Disapointed by another hotel, we have choosen this hotel in 30 minutes. And we didn't regret our choice because we have spent a full week there. The Ruen Come In is a typical thai guest house, where you has to take off your shoes to enter the buildings. Therefore, the rooms are very clean. We have had the chance to...

We visited the Ruen Come In in Chaing Mai during the week of November 13-15 with two other couples. We thoroughly our stay because of the unique rooms and the amazing service and attention to detail by the owner of the hotel and her staff. The hotel itself is very clean and the rooms are quite spacious and comfortable. The...

Very clean hotel with a great pool and friendly staff. We booked a little outside of the old city for some peace and quiet, also because my wife and I are big walkers and decided we would walk into town everyday. It turns out Chaing Mai is not a very walker friendly city. There are hardly any sidewalks and the...
