Recently spent 6 days at the Sira Boutique Hotel and it's a very impressive hotel. Warm friendly greeting on arrival by English speaking staff. Rooms are spacious with the added benefit of a bathtub which you don't see many hotels have. Breakfast served in the restaurant is the perfect way to start the day. In the evening relax with friends...

We thought some reviews looked OK but this hotel was the worst I've ever seen. There were 3 men carrying large equipment for exterminating as we entered. They showed us 4 rooms and after we thought we had one decent one I found bugs in the bed and blood on the sheets. Staff were pleasant but could not refund us....

From a couple who travel alot, it makes us angry at all the other potential guests that are going to be sold an extremely overpriced service, from a hotel that does not even meet basic requirements. -Wifi only worked in public areas not in room -bed was rock solid and extremely uncomfortable -there was an overwhelming smell of urine coming...

Me and my partner stayed here last week - we booked in for 5 nights for £60 a night. For that price in Thailand we imagined it would be a nice hotel as the pictures looked appealing (FALSE advertisement). How wrong were we! We arrived and checked in to our room - filthy. Toilet seat was hanging off, ripped dirty...

Our Deluxe Family-sized Room (#101) smelled like sewage, there were mice in the room, the Jacuzzi tub was not operational, and there was an unsealed door leading to an alley next to our bed. Also, it was not very "Family sized" and was quite small for any more than two people. You might have a better stay if you get something...

Booked this hotel via booking.com which shows reasonable price and rating with good location. I do agree that the hotel is located in a good position, the main entrance looks inviting. However, we experienced the followings during our stay: 1. Room Conditions; the floor was buckled just in front of the bathroom and totally dangerous + the ceiling was hanging...

Pretty good reviews. OK price on Expedia. AC very poor. Towels and sheets threadbare. Mold by the AC duct. Occasional bugs. City traffic noise. Front desk " couldn't find " reservation, eventually cleared that up. Staff was indifferent, but not unhelpful. Funniest moment was when I asked if there was a fan we could have for the room as it...

The hotel was cheap and good location. We had 2 rooms. 1 was excellent and had nothing wrong with it! The 2nd we had to change as it had bugs in the bed frame as it was made of wicker so we had to move rooms. The 2nd room was ok and was made for 3 but then we found...

The staff are welcoming and happily point out where things are on maps. There's a huge selection of brochures, and a great lady whose happy to look after all your booking needs. The breakfast menu selection is good. Our room was very well presented and the amenities well functioning. The sole reason it doesn't get the full 5 star is...

My partner and i loved this place so much we just kept adding nights to stay! The rooms are large and clean, with a huge comfy bed and our shower was fantastic. We loved everything about it and the staff were so accomodating to us. Even giving us the same room upon our request when we returned. Good air con,...
