My one week stay at Chaba House in October of 2013 turned out to be a very rewarding experience. I did not know what to expect but the owner, Pathom and his helpful staff made me feel right at home. I was impressed by the feeling of community among the guests. The morning meals were very fulfilling and the Grounds...

We arrived at Chiang Mai and looked on trip advisor for the best value place to stay, somehow, this came up. We called the number provided and spoke to a Mr Pathom who offered us the room for 350 baht including air conditioning, which seemed a little too good to be true. When we arrived we were taken to the...

I used to like staying at this relatively in-expensive Chiang Mai guesthouse, but my last few experiences have been really bad. The room prices have gone up, yet the quality has gone down. The internet connection is terrible. Most of the smaller rooms are filthy - w/ layers of dust and mold. There is no house cleaning unless you stay...
