This was a little haven in the heart of the old town of Chiang Mai. Very clean, great air conditioning and so very friendly. I couldn't have been made more welcome. Thank you Porn for everything and see you soon. Debbie x

Lovely place owned by lovely people!! The owners spoke fantastic English, were really helpful in helping us to book courses and suggest placed to visit. The bedrooms were roomy, had TV and air con (need to request) and very strong wifi - and we had no issues with noise. Only downside is the wet room, careful not to shower the... More

Near to market. Convenient shop is in walking distance. U can get to alot of local hawker store by walking further. Is not far from the Doi Suthep which is good for taxi cost. You can rent a bike and have a city run. The owner is so kind and helpful in many ways. The room is clean and comfortable.... More

Stayed in an a/c room which was very big and clean. The fridge was a godsend and the staff go out of their way to make you feel at home. They gave us bowls so we could eat our own cereal in our room. The TV has english channels and the wifi is great. We stayed here for 4 nights... More

We decided to book here based on the reviews we read and indeed it was just like everybody wrote. The owners are very kind and great you with a ' how did you sleep' and ask how your day has been when you arrive back. She will give you good advice and arrange better prices when you want to book... This hotel is brand new, friendly, clean and reasonably priced . Viraporn gladly checked me in at 4:00 AM on advance notice . I happened to be there on Christmas eve when Viraporn, Paul and their excellent staff served a delicious traditional (western) Christmas dinner on the house . Thank you again .

This is such a nice, clean, friendly place. The room is big and spacious with a little balcony. The bed sheets are so soft and comfortable. The bed isn't too hard or soft. Hot shower is great. The location is perfect for getting around and easy to rent a bike nearby. I had an amazing massage in the shop on... More

This was our fifth trip to Chiang Mai so we knew we wanted to stay within the walls of the old city, within easy reach of our favourite restaurants, and the Sunday market. We fell off the overnight bus from Bangkok, fell on to a red bus, and dragged our luggage up the soi to Viraporn's Place at around 10... More

First, the best location if you want to stay in Old Town. Positioned in the northeast corner, so easy walk to the nightlife of Zoe and Yellow, the North Gate for great outdoor eats and Sunday night jazz, and the East Gate for the countless shops restaurants and massive Sunday walking market. That being said, you would think Viraporn's would... More

This hotel was hard to find without a GPS! The room was clean and big. The bathroom decorated with 101 Dalmatians was a little kitsch but clean. The common space was nice. We had the biggest room. Too bad they could not add an extra mattress, there was enough room, we were 4 for 1 bed + double and our... More
