When we got to Viraporns Place we were told that expedia (the online booking sevice we booked through) had over booked the rooms and they only had a fan room available and we would not be given a refund despite the fact we had booked a superior doubke room. We checked out the room which was filthy (see pictures) and...

If you are traveling on a budget with an odd number of friends and want the privacy not offered by a hostel, then this is the place to be! The owner Viraporn was very friendly and accommodating during our Songkran stay. We booked a double room with a fan on the 2nd floor and a triple on the 3rd floor...

Got a good clean room for 4 nights for the time of Songkran. This place is awesomely located with many foods on the street along with a fresh market. Rooms vary from what they have for example ours was A/C'd with a fridge while my friend's only had a fan. The owner is very accommodating and didn't mind adding another...

The rooms were really nice, they bring an extra mattress in the room if you have extra guests staying. Very cheap for travelers on a budget. The guesthouse owner, Viraporn, is very nice and helpful when we wanted to book a trip anywhere and she got us very great prices for our trips. She also answered any questions we had....

I only spent one night here as I cut my trip to chiang mai short in order to escape the unexpected cold weather! However, I was really glad to come across this place because the rooms were very clean and spacious and clearly recently modernized. The american owner was friendly and helpful and I felt very welcome. I would have...

We stayed for two nights at this place. Couldn't really fault it. Clean air conditioned rooms over a quiet courtyard and in a nice location in old town. The owner was very nice to us and waited up for us on our first night as she had forgotten to tell us how to use the key after hours. We would...

Remember seeing this accommodation before arriving and walked in off the street. Viraporn was very friendly and assisted us straight away with many room options. Initially planned a 2 night stay however we soon extended this to 5 due to its location and competitive price for similar style/size rooms. Room was dated but clean, water on arrival, a large fridge,...

First of all, it is not cheap. Within a 2 block radius you find other hotels with the same size rooms for half the price. Half. A family member pre booked the room only to later find out so many other cheap options are on the same street. The room itself is nice enough, but the noise from people talking...

The place was cheaper than most hotels in Chiang Mai, but we also stayed at a much nicer place for only about $10 more. The blankets had holes and questionable stains, and the bathroom wasn't all that clean (other people's hair). On another note, when we arrived, we were told that because of an error on the part of Travelocity,...
