We booked 2 double rooms for three nights for 700THB per room with aircon excluding breakfast. But breakfast will run you maybe 80THB per person in their restaurant. So overall for a double room with breakfast you will pay 860THB. This is so cheap, I think the only people who would complain about the price are crusty backpackers. We were...

The hotel is in a really good location in chiang mai, close to the old town and the night market. The staff is great, funny and speaks good english. There is internet available in the ground floor and wi-fi if you have your own laptop. There is also an excellent pool, really refreshing those hot afternoons after the excursions. Our...

I stayed here before and after a trek that the owner (Moon) organised for me. The hotel is just outside the old city gate of Tha Phae. Great location for wandering the vast Sunday Night Walking Market (a must!!). It has a good restaurant but I particularly loved the pool. The rooms and other areas are kept really clean, and...

Friendly staff, clean rooms and environment. Our group of 4 swiss ladies and a man with average age well over 50 enjoyed the stay and we got a very good value for our money. The location is central, but quiet. Old town and markets are in walking distance.

The House is well located just outside the city wall in a small alley very quiet at night. All employees are very serviceable, polite and fun to chat with. They pick us up at the train station in the morning at around 9am. Since the room was not ready, we were offer to site in the ouside restaurant with water,...

The rooms are spacious and are clean. 400 THB for a fan room. I highly recommend you stay here. The staff are really friendly and make...

We really have liked staying here after a few disappointing and overpriced guesthoues in southern thailand. We stayed the first time for 2 nights before going on to Pai for trekking but you can arrange trekking through the helpful reception staff here too. The food is excellent value and its lovely to have a dip in the pool when its...
