We stayed at the Parasol Inn for 8 nights and loved the location since it is right in the middle of The Old Quarter. You could easily walk to many beautiful temples and the Sunday night street market is right outside the hotel's front door! The room was comfortable and the air conditioning was very much appreciated. The hotel does...

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights recently. The front desk staff are awesome, extremely helpful. Hotel location is a plus as others suggested. One star deduction due to poor ventilation, early morning noises, and ancient TV with poor reception. Our room was located right above the restaurant and you could smell "grease" in the room all day in...

I stayed at Parasol Inn Hotel for 9 nights. My stay was absolutely wonderful for the following reasons below: Pros: • Great location in the old town and not far from the gates: central to everything, easy to get around the area and about 15 minutes drive from the airport • As a female solo traveller, I felt safe walking...

If you are looking for an excellent location, I highly recommend Parasol Inn. Located close enough to the gates so that if you want to leave the old city you can and also right at the heart and center of the old city, near some of the best temples, and in the midst of the popular Sunday market. The rooms...

Nice hotel, very friendly and helpful staff. Nice clean rooms. Good location in the centre of the old town, lots of shops & restaurants around. Close to local attractions and lots of tour guides around. Only downside was breakfast a little bit lacking but unlimited coffee which is great for me. A definite good hotel and would happily stay again.

This is a very situational experience, but I do feel like you should be warned if you have any sort of mobility issues. The location of this hotel is great. In most cases, this hotel will provide you everything you need for your stay in Chiang Mai. However, there are some downsides... the cleaners use way too much cleaner in...

We stayed as a four-person family in the Grand Parasol room. We were impressed with the large room and ensuite bathroom. The room had a queen sized bed and a bunk bed which was nice and comfortable. I liked the paintings on the wall and the decorations which made me feel like I really am in Thailand! We could see...

It's one of a good choice to enjoy visiting old temples and Sunday walking street. It's not a new hotel but overall is great. I love the Thai style drawing in bedroom wall! Thank goodness our stay was one night as we made this last minute decision to stay in Chiang Mai to visit the elephant reserve.
