Right next to the Sunday night market which is for both locals and tourists, i.e., highly recommended. Friendly staff. Clean. Nice rooms, no elevator, no frills, no, not spartan, just not plush, it WAS $60 a night... Nutritional breakfast (who needs the huge buffet ones that only make you hungrier by noon?). Free internet plus two computers downstairs. They give...

This hotel is the ultimate total package- excellent location, friendly staff, immaculate rooms, serene ambience and breakfast included! My four friends and I stayed here for three nights and it was my favourite hotel in Thailand. This little place is gorgeous and it was a haven to come back to after a long day out in the beauitful Chiang Mai....

We stayed here whilst on a trip through Thailand, Laos & Cambodia and it was one of our favourite B&B's. The rooms are very nicely appointed and extremely clean, but it was the staff that really made it, they can not do enough to be of help no matter how small our question they went out of their way to...

We loved 3Sis. The breakfasts were great and the staff was very helpful and friendly. It has a good location and was quiet. We met lots of fellow travelers and is where we are headed when we go back.

This little B&B is a wonderful place to stay in Chiang Mai. The staff is helpful and friendly, rooms are clean and include complimentary water bottles, two computers with free internet in the lobby, location is walking distance to restaurants, a short tuk tuk ride to the night market, cheap and good massages on-site, and breakfast is sufficient. Do not...

I couldn't have been happier with my stay at 3Sis. The hotel is in an ideal location, right in the heart of the city , just off the walking street. The lobby has a big, open area with lots of light and seating if you have any down time to sit and read a book. It also has two computers...

My husband and I just finished staying at the 3 sis B&B and we loved it! We stayed in the Vacation Lodge area and it was great! The location made it easy to explore Chiang Mai since it is within the wall. The staff was very accomodating and the lounge area was fabulous! The rooms were quiet and clean. We...

The hotel is very clean we stayed in the vacation lodge but they do have cheaper rooms within the B&B part. Hotel has a lovely open reception area where you can access free use of computers.
