Stayed here for four nights in December. On the plus side, this small hotel has a welcome foyer with comfortable chairs, free and fast wifi, and a decent breakfast in a nice restaurant. Our room, on the top floor, had hardwood floors, comfortable twin beds,...More
I stayed at the 3 Sis Vacation Lodge last week and was very pleased with the room, location and service. It's located in the heart of Old Town and right in front of the Sunday walking street market. And it's a short walk to anywhere...More
Pros - Great great location! Extremely friendly staff...they will help you with ANYTHING with your best interest in mind! Fantastic price! We stayed here during the peak time of the Loi Krathong festival (WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND GOING DURING THIS TIME!!!!), and the busy week did...More

Hello,
I do not think that 3 Sis is that convenient for a family. We were on the three floor and the showers were simply not functioning well. They moved us to the second floor and those showers on the new floors, hot and cold were not consistent and it took so much time to get the right temperature. The breakfast
Is really poor, no exaggeration--not good for a family.
Wifi was also a huge problem.
If you read the negative reviews, you will get a better idea. I read them recently and things have not changed much over the years.
We found Uber helpful to take us from one place to another cause the weather was quite hot for our kids. With Uber where we stayed was not such a big deal, but good breakfast and good showers were important. In our travels, we found it most convenient to get data on one of our phones at the airport which came as a crucial part of our convenience.
Thailand was the last stop of 5 countries. It is more expensive here than we thought, not only hotels but food as well.
Best wishes on your travels. I would be happy to answer any question/s you may have.
Oh, hope you are here on a Sunday for the evening street market, otherwise we enjoyed our stay with our out of town trips.
On another note, if you cannot find a better place than 3 sis, and your child has their own food, and you go and buy breakfast food the day before and wifi is not a problem and you don't mind waiting 5 minutes before your shower gets to the right temperature, it can work for you for it has it own charm and the hotel has a lobby where your child can play a bit.
Happy Travels.
