My wife, 4-year-old daughter, and I recently stayed at The 3 Sis on the weekend just before Songkran. We loved the hotel. Our room rate was reasonable, and the large king size bed made it easy for all three of us to get comfortable. The...More
This is a small hotel located across the street from a large wat and close to the major shopping areas downtown. The room was nice with a comfortable bed, air conditioner, small bathroom, refrigerator, and room safe. Noise was not an issue as the hotel...More
The best thing about this hotel is the location! It is in the center of town in a very safe area. The Sunday market sets up right outside. The hotel lobby was great and the breakfast was more than enough each day. The price is...More

I do not think that 3 Sis is that convenient for a family. We were on the three floor and the showers were simply not functioning well. They moved us to the second floor and those showers on the new floors, hot and cold were not consistent and it took so much time to get the right temperature. The breakfast
Is really poor, no exaggeration--not good for a family.
Wifi was also a huge problem.
If you read the negative reviews, you will get a better idea. I read them recently and things have not changed much over the years.
We found Uber helpful to take us from one place to another cause the weather was quite hot for our kids. With Uber where we stayed was not such a big deal, but good breakfast and good showers were important. In our travels, we found it most convenient to get data on one of our phones at the airport which came as a crucial part of our convenience.
Thailand was the last stop of 5 countries. It is more expensive here than we thought, not only hotels but food as well.
Best wishes on your travels. I would be happy to answer any question/s you may have.
Oh, hope you are here on a Sunday for the evening street market, otherwise we enjoyed our stay with our out of town trips.
On another note, if you cannot find a better place than 3 sis, and your child has their own food, and you go and buy breakfast food the day before and wifi is not a problem and you don't mind waiting 5 minutes before your shower gets to the right temperature, it can work for you for it has it own charm and the hotel has a lobby where your child can play a bit.
