The 3 Sis is an adorable bed and breakfast in the heart of the old city of Chaing Mai. Upon check in, we were greeted with a delicious, refreshing beverage and shown to our cute little room. There is currently construction across the street from the hotel which was a bit concerning however it didn't start to early and ended...

Unbeatable location; it’s smack dab in the middle of the Old City on the street where the Sunday Market is held and across from Wat Chedi Luang Varavihara (between THB160 to THB 180 in a big taxi to/from the airport) but it’s still quiet at nighttime so you don’t need to worry about getting uninterrupted sleep. It’s a beautiful building...

It was a wonderful little hotel. Rooms were very clean. Price was approximately $100 per night. I found the staff to be very kind and offered many good suggestions for things to do in Chiang Mai. They helped me arrange an elephant sanctuary trip, a Thai cooking class and a Muay Thai kickboxing event. All were excellent.

We stayed at 3 Sis for 5 nights in February (2 couples, 2 rooms) and were very pleased with our stay. The hotel is in the Chiang Mai Old City across the street from the Chedi Luang. The location was excellent for walking to the sites we were interested in seeing, with plenty of taxis available if you didn't want...

Perfect spot in old town Chiang Mai. Amazing food all around. The staff was wonderful and helpful. The Sunday night market starts right out the front door. Close to everything and if you do tours like white water rafting and or the elephant nature park they pick you up right in front.

Wow, loved this place. I've traveled a decent bit and stayed at various boutiques but this one really outdid itself. Not only is the location insane (right on top of the Sunday night street market) but the hotel staff's hospitality & helpfulness made this stay that much more enjoyable. It's a cute, cost-efficient and right near some of the great...

My wife and I stayed here on the second leg of our three-part Thailand adventure. This hotel is easily one of the best places to stay within the walls of Old Town Chiang Mai (aka where all the good stuff is). First, the hotel is picturesque and boutique style with a great staff, beautiful grounds, and nice/clean rooms. Honestly, the...

The hotel is situated in a good position in Chiang Mai old city, with the walking street market right outside the hotel on the weekends. I stayed in a twin room with my sibling. We both found the beds to be too firm for our liking (but all the beds we slept on in Thailand were firm!). The air conditioning...

We really enjoyed our 5 days at the 3 Sis. It is perfectly located in the middle of Old Town and easily walkable to many restaurants and shops. The service was exceptional and they were very good arranging taxis for us and letting us know how much we should be paying with the tuk tuks. You had your choice of...
