The only good thing about this hotel was its location, A very close walk to the night bazaar. My room reeked of smoke although it was a 'no smoking' room. Sheets and towels were stained. Ceiling was leaking water. Very uncomfortable beds. I will never stay here again.

This is an economical choice for a hotel but don't expect the bells and whistles. PROS - I picked this hotel due to its location which was wonderful. A 5 minute walk to Tapae Gate taking you to the night markets and less than 10 minute walk in the other direction to the river where they launch the lanterns during... More

Second stay here, great location between night bazaar and old city. Not noisy, other guest from UK, Japan, singapore and Thai's this gives a great base of clam to explore the city. the staff are friendly, helpful. the rooms are clean big and have all you need. The bathroom has a stand in shower and I would prefer a walk... More

Wifi was awful. Staff friendly however that's the only good part. Room and hotel was old and musty smelling. Shower was a bit weird as well, had to hold the shower head to shower very annoying. Also about the wifi it keep losing its service and you would have to keep reentering the password a million times. Basically not even wifi.

I had a reservation to stay for 5 nights. Since the wifi wasn't working, I checked out, a few hours after I checked in. The hotel staff couldn't get the wifi problem solved. I would like to point out that the step to enter and leave the bathroom is extremely high. There should be lit up signs reminding people about... More

An old, outdated and sad looking hotel. Ok if you are on a tight budget but you could find better options in the area. Staff seem jaded, rooms are musty, cold showers, toilet doesn't flush well. A group of cats live in the luggage storage room! Buffet breakfast for 100baht. Location is fine

I have stayed there for 3 nights, the main reason brought me here is the great location with a low price, I can just walk 5 mins I guess to the gate, and workers always nice and helpful, and my room is quite clean and large with a toilet and bath tub which make me surprised, the service is good.... This is a budget hotel so there are signs of age and the drains could use some attention. If you can overlook this, the staff are so pleasant and helpful. I have been twice with my son and I would stay again. If you get the basic room then you pay 100 Baht extra for the buffet breakfast. The good... More

OK guys, it's an old hotel that's a little dated, but I made my booking through Agonda and paid a little over 500 baht per night. It's location is excellent for an easy stroll to night market, Sunday night market at Tapae gate, and many local nightspots. I tried the buffet breakfast, it wasn't the best but what can you...
