We spent just two nights, But We had a good time. Our bedroom was big, clean and with a beautiful view on the mountain! (8th floor) Just the breakfast wasn't special, But still ok. Personal is really kind.

I visited Chaing Mai for conference and stayed at Lanna Palace for two night. The main reason for choosing the hotel was close proximity to the conference venue as the hotel where conference was held was fullly booked at that time. The staffs at the hotel were very friendly and the breakfast was ok. But the room itself is very...

This is a poor quality hotel, albeit cheap. The rooms are large and the air conditioning worked. However the bathroom was dirty with mould growing in the bathroom. The room was barely clean with dated furniture. The pool was uninspiring. No towels at the pool, you need to phone to request. But there were only 2 sun loungers and 2...

Stayed 4 nights. Definitely not a palace! Screaming and banging on doors in the halls. Doors are way to thin to block the noise. Rooms are connected with a door, causing you to enjoy every breath your neighbour takes, and much more. Rooms aren't very modern but big....and dirty! Breakfast was cold regardless of the time (went at 7, 8...

We were booked into this hotel for one night by an airline as our flight was cancelled. Room smelt, holes in the sheets, lots of noise from other rooms. The breakfast was inedible. All in all not a pleasant experience.

Good location close to the night bazar, plenty of restaurants and short walk to a great food market. The room is big but the bed are small. The walls have lofs of dirty stains and the floors are soiled. They can easily just use water and SOAP and clean them but i guess that's too obvious. The service is nice...

I stayed in that hotel for two nights, and for such a short time it was ok. Room was clean and decent size, however carpets were stained and dirty. 15 minutes walk to old town and night market. Breakfast was a disaster. This is huge hotel not capable of serving food for many people. When we got to there there...

Hotel was clean and in the middle of town walking distance to the night Bazzar. The service was great as we needed our room to be opened every time we came in, they also have a safe that you can place your things in the lobby. The internet was not working on our floor...

Rooms were reasonably clean and comfortable although nothing flash. We stayed as a family of 4 and were provided with interconnecting rooms which was great. Hotel located within walking distance to the night market. Buffet breakfast was reasonable though tables were often uncleared and a little on the grubby side. Free wifi was good.

I hate giving a bad review but I detest bad service of this magnitude more. Sadly, I did not read the reviews here before booking. Whilst we enjoyed our breakfast, and the Thai staff are lovely and very hospitable... most of what you read below in other reviews was truly our experience too. It is such a shame this place...

“Corner rooms are the more spacious and let in more light due to an extra 8 ft window. Rooms which end in 23 or 24 (ie: 823 - 8th floor, 624 - 6th floor) are all corner rooms. The higher you go the better the view.”
