Tamarind Village hotel has been described as a sanctuary and an oasis in the middle of Chiang Mail, it is that and more. It is so peaceful, the ambience throughout is relaxed, and yet staff are attentive and efficient. Rooms may be small but it...More

Hi Disco. There are a number of cooking classes available nearby. I'd check with reception (very helpful) on arrival or otherwise ask at a local eatery for a suggestion. There's no sauna but the hotel has a day spa with a varied treatment menu although you can probably find a much cheaper alternative outside the hotel. Again, just ask the locals. Have a great time!
