My wife and I had a great 5-night stay at Villa Korbhun Khinbua. It's close enough to walk to the city center while offering more local fare the other direction. The rooms are huge and well-maintained. Our only complaint is that the shower didn't have a curtain or door on it, so it was difficult to shower without getting everything...

Villa Khorbhun Khinbua is a traditional Lana style residential stay with incredible rooms offering all modern appliances including a terrace for relaxing with a cold beer. The rooms are very spacious, offering twin bed configuration, a big flat screen tv and a twin shower system. We found this place whilst looking for somewhere to stay for a month whilst attending...

I love my stay there. The young lady helped with us with room arrangement. During 23-25 Jan 16 was a big graduation ceremony of Chiang Mai University. I couldn't not find any hotel in town for my family. But I found this place last minute and young lady there helped me arrange everything so I was able to have a...

This is a charming B&B just outside of the old city - easily accessible by a tuk tuk, It is a family run establishment so the owners go out of their way to make you feel right at home. They organised tickets for us to see a Muay Thai boxing tournament, and gave us excellent recommendations of where to eat...

We didn't know what to expect when we booked VKK but were happily surprised. We received a warm welcome from the young reception lady who turned out to be the owner's daughter. The room was quiet on the edge of a busy city and clean and well appointed. We were happy. Nothing that happened during our trip changed our opinion....

We stayed here four days - an Indian family of four. Both my girls (15 yr old & 10 yr old) absolutely loved this place. The wooden Lanna style building was charming. Rooms were spacious, comfy with Lanna style decor. Top marks for cleanliness, housekeeping & aircon. Wifi was decent. Given the hotel does not have a kitchen, the basic...

Beds are good and the television has almost 100 channels. Especially the wooden style of the place is very nice. It is situated just outside the city walls but a...

Villa Korbhun Khinbua is one the best hotels in Chiang Mai! It's a small hotel just outside the old city (15 minute walk to the old city wall). There are some nice restaurants nearby and the 7 eleven is across the street. The rooms are nice and clean and you have a balcony. They provide free WiFi and you can...

We stayed here for one week. Rooms are very spacious, clean & comfortable. Great a/c and hot water. Good wifi. We were concerned about other comments about street noise (we were on the 2nd floor facing the road), but it wasn't a problem... although we do wear earplugs. Breakfast is very limited and repetitive but sufficient. Very kind and friendly...
