The hotel is less than 10 minutes walk from the main Nimman Road. There are only 3 rooms on each floor, so it is rather nice and you have more privacy. There is no breakfast option or any restaurants on site, but being where it is, we don't really need that option. The prices are very affordable. There is a small car park attached to the hotel

Stayed here for 3 nights in April. On arrival the hotel receptionist wasn’t very knowledgable about our booking but she got up to speed eventually. On entering the room for the first time we found 5 mosquitoes flying around. So definitely have insect spray at the ready just incase! Overall though, it was good for what it is. Nice position near the Maya shopping mall and some nice restaurants nearby. Price was cheap and room was made very well... just shame about the mosquitoes!

Hotel is very conveniently located and the room was large and clean, at an very affordable price! However, the water from the shower is pretty weak and toilet quite under-maintained with falling paint.

Great location, easy to travel around the city especially in Nimman area. Affordable price but not worth for it! With this price you can get better hotel than this. The room was kind of okay, the bathroom had a terrible smell and bad water system.

got a chance to stay only a night, but was such an impressive experience. Small & Budget hotel, but classy ambiance and very modern and perfect - match decor. hotel lobby is peaceful which makes hotel look more sophisticated and classy. Hotel room is clean with excellent furniture set up. All in all, this hotel is recommended since there are several branches in Thailand and, importantly, not cost you anymore.By the way, service from Front Desk staff is unparalleled.

The hotel name said that the location is Nimman Rd. Soi13 but the exact location is on the Sirimangkalajan Rd. Soi5. It's the parallel road to Nimman Rd. The location is perfect for city tour. Problem only that the room is too dark at night. Not enough for working or for elder. But who need the light at night when you are on a holidays? Other problem is that they save cost of the elevator. So the door is located in the middle of the floor. From the lobby you have to step up the steps to get to the elevator. And at the designed floor you have to walk up the stairs again. Or you can stop at the next floor and walk down. Oh and the air con, after switch off the only light at the door. The air con light is still on and it's too bright to sleep. I have to turn away from the air con as it it located direct at the bed.

The B2 Premier on Nimman Soi 13 is great value given it's wonderful position near to Nimmanhemin ,Kad Suan Keaw and the moat. This is a boutique hotel -part of a chain all around 500 baht a night in low season. All clean with air conditioning and TV plus free Wi fi in the Room. The Style is minimalist but modern

I'll start with "lousy, a one-word description of this "boutique" hotel. Brand new building, and the elevator is, by design!, 8 steps up from the lobby. (Architecht needs his head examined.) No assistance offered by the hotel staff to get bags to the room. Then when the elevator gets to the designated floor, you're actually between floors, so again, you have 8 more steps to get to your floor (up or down, depending on when you learn that you can go one floor higher - except for the top floor - and walk down steps rather than up). Ridiculous. WiFi was pretty good the first 2 days, then quit... Hotel staff argued with me that the WiFi was fine until I asked them to use it with their own mobile phones.. "Oh, looks like WiFi is not working..." Yes, that's what I am trying to tell you! As of one day later, the WiFi still does not work. The phone in the room has no connection to the hotel staff. You cannot reach them using the phone in the room. I'm not sure what else to say about that except again, ridiculous. I have a "deluxe" room. Sounds fancy, right? Well, a deluxe room comes with a desk for the TV and the coffee/tea service items, but no chair. I think to get a chair you must request a superior room or some such nonsense. Again, again, again, ridiculous. So I improvise and work with my computer on the bed. My bathroom has some stench, the exact location of which I cannot pinpoint. It's sour... Like a baby's dirty diaper that has been sealed in a plastic bag and then opened... I just breathe through my mouth when I go in there. Across the street they play loud music until fairly late, so sleeping early is sometimes out of the question... If none of these things matter to you, the airconditioner works great, the location is great, and the place is reasonably clean. Other than that, I do not recommend wasting your money, even at the low price.

We booked the superior room, room size is big with a day bed at the corner of the room, free wifi, but one thing i dislike about the room is the toilet, no shower curtain between the shower area and toilet area, so after a shower, the whole toilet is wet. Staff is friendly but command of English is poor. Location of the hotel is okay, not far from nimman road, the walk to nimman road, you could come across a lot of nice cafe, bar and restaurants.
