The hotel has an impressive front of house, was very large but very quiet as only a few guests. Massive conference facilities on the 2nd floor all empty as we passed to the pool which was excellent. The breakfast selection and quality was the best I have had on this trip of 6 different hotels.

Don't choose this hotel if you stay for business trip they didn't provide iron and board so I ask them for laundry service they said it will take 2 days for ironing, how lucky I found laundry shop located opposite site of the hotel they charge 20THB per each and take 10 minutes only. The hotel quite old it's very...

At first sight, the Plaza hotel looks perfect: The majestic entrance and lobby definitely raise expectations. But the check-in was less impressive: the hotel had a room twice assigned within our travel group which meant we were one room short (and of course it was for my family)... It took a while but finally i got the two rooms i...

Back for our Third visit. This hotel always satisfies. I think it is just so charming and a unique place. Sitting having a cocktail in the foyer listening to a Thai duo playing authentic instruments - you don't get that everywhere. Our room is very satisfactory as always and yes there is a musty damp smell especially in the strong...

When we first arrived the hotel has a grand, opulent entrance and reception. However, when we went to the room we were very disappointed. The room had a strange aroma (stale perhaps) and it was very tired looking. The bathroom was filthy and falling apart (mouldy bath mat). The room had 2 3/4 beds which is annoying for a married...

CM Plaza - June 2016 ID#: 388792135 This was a good choice for us in terms of location/accessibility and has an excellent pool and good-sized rooms but it is like a 'ghost town' - a large and dated hotel, with overall absent or poor service and a woeful breakfast. A shame since it should be a natural focus for gatherings...

Great location, good service, clean rooms, never disappoints. Stayed here few times, good value for money in the middle of the city. Friendly staff and the buffet breakfast is included with the stay. Happy days. It is my go to place in Chiang Mai.
