Booked a night at this hotel, but the app reset the date and it ended up being a few days off the actual date of stay. They let us check in just fine, but when checking out the reception manager, "Dragon Lady" as we called her later, refused to accept the booking and forced us to pay full hotel rate...

My family of 5 really enjoyed our visit in Chiang Mai. Partly because of the Chiang Mai Plaza Hotel. Great staff. Very good breakfast, nice rooms, & was very close to the markets, restaurants, & street food vendors. We walked less than 10 mins to get to all of those things. I would stay here again. The only negative thing...

This Hotel in its day would have been the place to stay, now a little dated, and tiered, however, this reflects in its pricing. The hotel is clean, tidy, and oozes character, the swimming pool is lovely, the rooms large, resturants good. Breakfast was included, and very nice. Staff were lovely. Night markets just over the road, perfect. Would def...

For something like AUS$70 a night I thought this place was great value. When I walked in the door I had to walk back outside to have a look at the hotel name to see if I had the right place because it looked way better than I had expected for the price. And it was overall pretty good value....

Good about the hotel: Beautiful lobby, live smoothing music performing in the evening (night), acceptable breakfast with some variation of choice every day, location near the night bazaar which you don't need to worry about shopping, Room Okay, hotel change drinking water everyday. Not so good about the hotel: on 2nd day when we come back to hotel, we noticed...

This hotel has a beautiful lobby. The place must have been great back in the day. Now there is a musty smell and the second floor is spacious and basically vacant. There was no control over the temperature for the A/C, so always cool. No clock in the room (thought that seemed somewhat common in Asia). Very poor TV reception....

We chose our hotels on the basis of comfort, location, and safety. This impressive hotel presents beautifully but that is completely deceiving. Housekeeping took my dress from the bathroom, either inadvertently (or on purpose), and the management refused to handle the matter professionally and ultimately did nothing about it. Firstly, they told me I was most likely mistaken and then,...

I have been to many hotels around the world and I can guarantee that their customer service is the ugliest especially the front desk staff. The male staff. Their manner is very rude to customers. They are not willing to help at all. At some point, I even feel that they threatened me. The room are old .. very old....

When i booked the hotel on booking.com, it said that there is a round-trip airport transport. But after i booked, when i told them i need to be at the airport at 4:30 AM, the customer service told me it's not possible and it starts from 6:30 AM. Then they told me that if i want to have a transport...

I was trying to contact my friends who were staying at this hotel. I tried to call to the hotel many times, they just don't have their service mind and honestly do not care and just hung up my phone call. Also the booking is pre paid. But my friend complained to me that front office staff insisted to charge...
