Quirky boutique hotel just a stones throw from Nimman and Maya. Lovely rooms with Lanna style touches and modern bathrooms. Staff are friendly and engaging. All in all, its a very chilled out and serene place to stay. Highly recommended.

I stayed here with my mum for 3 nights, it's a lovely hotel with clean and spacious room along with the bathroom. The decoration is modern with a touch of Northern Thai due to wooden flooring and furniture. The receptionist is very helpful, although we hardly eat breakfast at the hotel. It is walkable to the Maya mall and Nimman...

This hotel is on a quiet side street in the Nimmanhamen area of Chiang Mai, a trendy area hopping with lots of activity, bars and restaurants. It's a little way northwest of the old city area, yet it's easy to get to the old city by tuk tuk or red truck. The Maya mall is walking distance away. There is...

We needed accomodation near the university and this fit the bill perfectly. Quiet location, short walk from the new Maya shopping centre and others close by. Clean and tidy. Beds are really firm- fine by me but may not suit everyone! Mozzies a bit of a problem with gardens all around. Breakfast is mainly Thai dishes or American breakfast. You...

First of all, staff can't speak and understand English. They forgot breakfast, curtlary, towel. I had to say two times and more. The room was not clean. They seems to organize only bed. The cups and shelf have dust, so if you want to drink coffee, plz wash before use it. Don't shout when the cockroach comes out in bathroom....

Was on a biking holliday for 1 week with X biking Chiangmai. We do downhill biking. Found this hotel on Tripadvisor. It has great location if you are on a bike and if not still good location a bit outside the old city. Clean rooms, good service. Fantastic with the breakfast choice they give you. And love the "jungle" theme...

I stayed in ping phu place 4 nights and was satisfied. It's a small and quiet hotel located close to the recently opened Maya shopping centre which also houses a big cinema complex. The room was cosy, big and clean although the lighting in the bathroom could be better. You get a breakfast included and there is a choice in...

We had an amazing stay at Ping Phu Place after a dreadful experience the night before at Chaba House. The rooms are immaculate, very reasonably priced, and the owner is the nicest person we met during our entire 3 month trip around Asia. She cooked us an amazing vegetarian breakfast each morning which was included in the room price, and...
