Good location, clean rooms, large showers, AC in the rooms. Breakfast is just toast, fruit, and cereal. Wifi is spotty- it sometimes works well but usually off and on or hardly at all. Nice location. There's a good Indian place down the street and a bagel shop nearby. Walk down the block and you'll find the Walking Street and good...

My friend and I stayed here and it was pretty good. The staff didn't speak a ton of English but they were very kind and helpful. We had included breakfast which was nice. Our room had air conditioning and a private bathroom that was also good. They had room service everyday & the location was decently central.

Enjoyed our stay at Anoma. The room and bathroom were clean. Location is ideal, within walking distance to the sunday night market and lots of great restaurants. However, the breakfast was lacklustre at best, and the staff are not service oriented.

Located in between the Saturday & Sunday Night Market, with about 5 mins walking distance to both market. Clean room & bathroom, with comfortable bed. Provide simple breakfast with coffee, orange juice, bread, cereal.

The Bed&Breakfast is well located in the old town, near the most famous temples and pagodas. It is a budget and confortable option. The room is wide enough for 3 guests, but the beds are like stones. Air con works correctly and you have a private bathroom. +Positive: The location, the room, free coffe during all the day. -Negative: We...

We were on the third (top) floor for 3 nights and just needed a base of operations while we spent our days out and about... this room was reasonable for that, walking distance to most of the things we wanted and near great food options. There was a lot of noise from nearby temples and businesses starting at about 6am...

Location is OK, in the old city of Chiang Mai. But room, breakfast and sanity were very basic. Drain was very smelly. But price is affordable. Personnel is not service minded. For a short stay is it OK, but Chiang Rai deserves a longer stay.

Nice local area, and very close to the night markets, which are a must see. We easily booked trips to see tigers and elephants. However, rooms do not have very much storage, and the our room was a bit shabby, with the numbers falling off and the door not shutting/locking easily. However it was cheap, so we got what we...

This place was a bit more expensive than some of the other places we stayed during our trip. The breakfast is also extremely basic: toast and jam/butter mostly. The coffee and the tea are always available which is great. The location makes this place a bit tricky to find, but it helps that it is off the main roads affording...

This was in a good quiet location & they did come and change towels each day. However, if a hard bed is a deal breaker then this isn't the place for you! You could actually get better hotels for the same price.
