We chose this hotel for our 1 day quarantine due to its proximity to the airport. Very few rooms in this hotel and no restaurant on site but staffs there helped us place order to Food Panda and delivered great tasting food at reasonable prices to us not forgetting to clarify every details which I’ve specified earlier. Very thoughtful staffs indeed ! Breakfast provided at the balcony was sufficient. The only reason I didn’t give excellent was due to the poor sound proof, I keep hearing heavy footsteps from the floor above me.

I stayed at this hotel for only one night but its location is very good within less than 5 minutes drive or even walk to the airport, the free shuttle service makes advantage of staying there , not too close to the main street so it's quite peaceful at night. its vicinity is also interesting with KadManee night market, central airport plaza department store, chiangmai direct supermarket, etc. the interior decoration send the feeling of stay in your own home , wooden furniture, open air thai traditional house ,rooms with balcony, overlooking pool.

I totally love this place. During our stay it was quiet and clean. The owner and all the staff are friendly. Breakfast and Services are excellent. We got the room that had pool access and had breakfast delivered on our balcony every morning.

This is a newly built Lanna style hotel. Room is cozy and huge. There is also a swimming pool to let you enjoy the sunshine. The location is good, it is within walkable distance to airport. There is also a night market nearby (kad Manee Market).

My wife and I had an absolute phenomenal time at this utterly amazing and relaxing hotel. The room with pool access is definitely the go to as far as rooms. It is absolutely worth the little bit extra. The staff seem to have telepathy and bring you stuff you need befire you even think to ask about it. The owner and staff are absolutely amazing. The services they provide are top notch. The breakfast served on your pool side balcony is awesome too as well as the food being absolutely delicious. My wife and i absolutely recommend this place to anyone staying in Chiang Mai for a few days.

Very close to airport, market and shops around. Very friendly staff. Walls pretty thin o asked to be placed in room far from other guests. Great food market around the corner and within walking distance of night market. I love teak hotels and this is one

We were not disappointed with this hotel. The price for the room was extremely reasonable. The staff were friendly and helpful. Perhaps the only negative was the limited breakfast options and the fact that you had to decide what you wanted for breakfast the night before. The pool and facilities were kept very clean. The bed was comfortable and the room was more than adequate. It was peaceful which was unexpected due to its location. Extremely convenient location barely 5 minutes from airport. Overall would definately recommend.

With my early flight in the morning i was deliberately searching for the hotel that provided airport transfer. Upon my check in to my surprise, receptionist informed me that airport transfer started at 7 am onward as well as breakfast. My flight left Chiangmai at 6 am, so, I end up paid for two services that I didn’t get.

From the moment you arrive you feel so welcome. The staff member runs out to greet you and brings in your bags, full of smiles. Checkin is personal and done with ease. The decor of this beautiful boutique hotel is truely Thai in style with wood and unique furnishings. The open entrance gives you a lovely view of the pool through on the other side of the glass doors. We had a room upstairs that consisted of a balcony overlooking the pool courtyard. Inside our room we had everything you need for your stay. Little items such as a robe, toiletries in ceramic bottles, tea and coffee with a cute tea pot style kettle, 3 glass bottles of water daily. Hairdryer, tissues, phone and safety deposit box in the room. The furniture in the room was attractive and homely. There was a wardrobe, desk and chair, entrance table with mirror, also a table and 2 chairs. The bed lamps were unique which added more character to the room and the bed was firm but very comfortable. Breakfast was simple but good choices to choose from and was really enough to start your day. Cooked fresh for you when you sat down. Presented lovely and served by beautiful people. The hotel is so close to the airport ,about 5 mins and also close enough to walk into the old town (about 30 mins casual walk). There is a local night market around the corner which has nightly singers and great food and atmosphere, called kad manee market. This hotel is calm and quiet , tastefully decorated, lovely ambiance and very clean. All of the staff were respectful, helpful and beautiful people. Both my daughter and I had a wonderful stay and will definitely stay there again. We can definitely recommend this hotel without hesitation

I stayed two nights at U Baan Sabai with my girlfriend and we really enjoyed our stay. The staff was both friendly and helpful and we loved the fact that breakfast was served on our terrace in the morning. Our room was nice and well equipped with a big bed (not too soft and not to hard) and with other amenities you expect from a boutique style hotel. We had direct access to the pool from the terrace, which we enjoyed in the afternoon. The hotel is situated outside the busy old center of Chiang Mai, however, we liked the calm and quiet atmosphere that U Baan Sabai offered during our stay. I also like the fact that the hotel is partly a wooden building incorporating northern thai style architecture - it pleasures both the eye and mind. Overall, this is a good boutique hotel, so I can definitely recommend a stay at U Baan Sabai.
