It’s a hidden jem in Chiang Mai. Kids loved their swimming pool. I loved their price:-) Staff was all very polite and helpful. Rooms were small but clean and functional; not a single wasted space. The bed was heavenly! Common area was well maintained and very clean as well. The coffee machine in the lobby was fantastic.

The ASA hotel was perfect, close to the old city and the staff were fantastic and so helpful. Rooms were so clean and lazing by the pool makes for a great afternoon would highly recommend it to all travellers

I stayed 3 nights at ASA. Wonderful accomodation, very well organised. Quality breakfast, free snacks, drinks and comfortable bed. Pool and location top it off. Definately will be back if I have a chance.

Lovely hotel. Very comfortable. It's new with modern design. 15 minutes walk to the night markets and close to the old town. The staff were very approachable and helpful. Breakfast was really good. Would definitely stay again

Stayed at this modern, relatively new hotel for 12 nights in January 2020 and quite simply, I can’t fault anything about the place. Staff are one great team, always pleasant, on hand and nothing is any trouble for them.The rooms are spotless, great showers, hot water 24 hrs, clean linen every day, Wi-fi great all over the hotel and rooms, the pool is spotless as is everywhere, breakfast is 100% and free snacks drinks and fresh fruit available all day. Special mention to Gift and Muy who made our stay very special organising day trips, taxis, restaurants, indeed everything and always with a wonderful smile.A great place to stay.

We had such a good stay at this hotel, I honestly don’t have anything to fault them on. The staff are so helpful, the breakfast is very good and there are free snacks and water all day. It’s within walking distance to town and quiet at night. The room is stylish and the bed so comfortable. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We had a splendid time staying at the Asa Hotel in Chiang Mai. I can't say enough about the fantastic staff. They were warm and welcoming and went out of their way to make sure that we were comfortable and enjoying our time in Chiang Mai. My husband and I were hoping to go to Doi Inthanon for some hiking and the staff sprung into action and coordinated a booking on a trekking tour for the next day. And on our early morning departure, they packed us a "to-go" breakfast bag to take to the airport - so sweet! The breakfast in the morning was lovely and we were able to eat outside. They had water and snacks on hand at all times. The location was well situated near the Saturday/Sunday Walking Street. There's a swimming pool out front as well! Overall, I would highly recommend Asa Hotel for anyone traveling in Chiang Mai!…

hotel is very clean. Staff are friendly like a stay in home. Hotel is close to both walking street market( Saturday walking Street Market and Sunday walking Street Market )and local market has a lot of street food also somtam. Breakfast is very awesome ,Has a traditional food and local food.

This is probably the hotel where I felt more home in my life. The hotel has opened recently and so everything is super new and has a modern style. In addition is very well-kept and sparkingly clean. The management is friendly and very helpful with everything you need. I liked the breakfast a lot, the quality of food is higher than average and it is well-prepared and cured. In addition, the place has complimentary water, juice, coffee and often has free fruit and food at all times. It was a life saver when I arrived late at night without the possibility to have had dinner.
