My first visit to this property. It is in a great location within walking distance of many restaurants, coffee shops, and food spots. It is an older building but the rooms are well decorated, large kitchen, full big bathroom and spacious balcony. It was very comfortable, very quiet, staff very friendly and clean. A definite great find for this area....

Gerard Habitat has all the convenience of a boutique service apartment . Ninman is poular with East Asians who like its trnsy shops and Latest mall Maya. We feel at home here and this boutique hotel with only 16 rooms means its quiet and restful without the frenzied ambience of large tour groups! Above all it keeps me updated with...

I feel mixed about this hotel. PROs. It is in a great location in a quieter soi off Nimman and not too far in. Nice balcony, room was large with main bed up in a loft (spiral staircase to get there probably not ok for people with any mobility issues). CONs The rooms are renovated 1980s/70s apartments, so they are...

I have stayed here more than four times over the past couple of years. The cleanliness of the rooms and the property's location are the highlights of this place. I highly recommend this place to everyone.

Gerard Habitat is allocated at Nimman Road Soi 3. Good that it's not too deep in the soi as it can be quite dark at night. There are plenty of attractions around that area. Restaurant, shopping mall and pubs are all within walking distance. Spacious room which looks more like a guest-house to me rather than a hotel. Nevertheless it's...

The hotel is very convenient to the shops and restaurants on Nimmanhaemin Road. It is a five-minute walk from the new Maya shopping center. The woman at the front desk during the day has been there for more than a year. Her English is very good and she is always friendly, smiling, and helpful with any problems or questions you...

This is one of three accommodations I tried this time round in Chiang Mai. My reason for staying there was influenced by my desire to stay right in the heart of Nimmanhaemin Road and why did I want to stay there? Because I wanted to realise for myself how an enchanting little city like Chiang Mai adapts to the development...
