Theology and thailand guest house This establishment was directly opposite our hotel and the name Theology bar intrigued me so we popped in. This place is super friendly and we were instantly welcome. The owners had bought it 6 weeks previously and were sat chatting with everyone. They called us over to join them before we had sat down. Chairs...

Great location that we encountered after getting off the railway station. Free drive into the old city/hotel with no obligation to stay. Clean rooms, amazing price, slightly pushy staff. Amazing stay.

When we booked the hotel (just for one night) the girl at the reception told me that she has one big double room with bathroom, television and Wifi. I booked it..but the first thing she wanted the money in advance (also the deposit for the room key)..so i payed and we came back the next day. The room which she gave...

We stayed here over New Year about 4 nights in total and found just by walking around the backstreets as most places were full for the festive period. They only had a ฿400 double room left and we took it, yes it is basic but had a/c, hot shower and big bed. To be honest the best thing about this...

Overall, a nice guesthouse. They have to do something about the mosquitoes. Came back after a tour. Arrives late about 10pm. Requested for hot water to cook some cup noodles. Apparently kitchen was closed. But seriously, not even a kettle to boil water? The person was busy entertaining some Caucasian guest having beer rather than get us hot water??? Overall,...

We stayed in the Chiang May Guesthouse from 02/11/12 to 07/11/12. We had two room's: one single (with big double bed and aircon) and one "superior" room with aircon (rooms no: 1 and 2). There are some fan rooms as well but we haven't seen those so cannot comment. Guest house is located in the hart of the city just...

It was an ok stay for a backpacker, a bit rough but clean enough! Staff was friendly, not to good at english though. Very secure! Key activated doors! Good quiet location! This place does not have a swimming pool as one of the other reviews suggest! Cheap room though!

Best thing i can do for this place is its location, right in the heart of the city, The staff? what staff? a couple of young girls and boys lazing around on the settee's, the room we stayed in was dirty, old and tired (old cotton buds, glass on the floor, womens hair on the floor, room not that cheap...

Stayed here for 8 days and loved this place - ht city and the accommodation that is. CM Guesthouse resembles a boutique hotel without the boutique prices. Our room was very reasonably priced and included use of their pool and free internet with 5 computer stations (ie. no waiting in line....)! Rooms had crisp clean sheets and a separate shower/toilet...

“Good Tip: If you wanna eat the best local food in CM your in for a treat as the hotel is very close to a famous family restaurant with super cheap prices. Its called Aroon Restaurant, come out of the hotel and walk to the road where Mcdonalds is, turn left and walk for 5 minutes until you see an open restaraunt on the corner on the left, that the place and they cook the most amazing Chicken Curry & Potatoes for about 50฿.....enjoy!”
