My colleagues and I chose the De Lanna, due to its location near markets, restaurants, and cafes. We were not disappointed. The rooms were clean, the staff delightful. One small issue, a colleague of mine had a room where they could hear the water pump running all night - the staff were very responsive and moved my colleague the next...

They have amazing breakfasts. The pool was relaxing and the room fantastic. They even do renting for the scooters. We hired it and did a few trip around chiangmai. The place was calm and nearby the Saturday night market. Overall, enjoyed my stay

This hotel is not as expected. Extremely disappointed with the booking - the deluxe room was nothing like the photos. The bathroom was especially upsetting, with mouldy grout and a general unclean feeling. The worst part was waking up to a room that smelt like cigarette smoke, coming from the air conditioner vents. The general clients were all backpackers looking...

Dear guests, Sorry for your disappointing while staying with us. We will improve the cleanliness. However, there is no such thing like yelling at the guest "Check out" even our front office called you from the front desk. We are not sure who did that to you. Anyway, we will do improve all services. Our guests are not backpacking types...

We stayed here for 4 nights in late November, and really loved the hotel. It is in an ideal location in old city, right beside Wat Phra Singh (handy to mention if tuktuk driver does not know hotel) and steps away from Sunday Night Markets. We had room on top floor with balcony, which was a huge bonus - so...

This hotel is very convenient situated in the old town of Chiang Mai. The rooms are spacious and we were lucky enough to be on the 3rd floor so we did not have feet tromping above. We had to have the air con on all the time when in the room as when we opened the doors for fresh air...

Dear lovely guests, Thank you for your valuable comments. Normally, outside your room at the balcony should be not too noisy, but in this peak period of travelling in Chiang Mai with crowded people in the hotel and on the road, it has noise in its way. Sorry for the omelet, we will improve it since we have a new...

My husband and I stayed in a double bedroom with a balcony . It was cosy , very quiet , overlooking the lawn and swimming pool . The hotel staff are really friendly and helpful . They have a restaurant attached . The two dinners we ate there were the best ! Truly loved the food chef parinya cooked up!

My friend and I shared a two bed room for four nights in November 2016. We were there for Loy Krathong and other festivities. Our room was on the 4th floor and was very clean. The beds were a little hard, but we were fine. The breakfast buffet was good - American and Thai food. The location of De Lanna...

I loved my 4 night stay at De Lanna! The staff were so accommodating and friendly. I left my mobile charger in the room and they rushed it down to me as I was leaving. I originally booked a superior room but decided I would rather the Deluxe Pool View. They upgraded me and it was worth the extra $15pn....

Great location in the old city with nice, friendly staff but noisy at night - from the street and other rooms. Breakfast is very good, the rooms adequate and interesting architecture. We were delighted that the Sunday night walking markets started one block away from the hotel. Good, cheap places to eat all around the hotel.
