Paid 600 baht for a room which was so over priced but everywhere else was full for the night . Bathroom was disgusting and the towels provided smelt of urine , lucky we had our own , the curtains looks as tho they had been soaked in urine and room just generally needed a good clean. Bed sheets were dirty...

The hotel has a convenient location and big rooms. WiFi is ok too. The travel desk wasn't very helpful (I think they stick with the few companies they know, especially for elephant parks) so we organised all the trips by ourselves. Given the price, it's a good choice!

The hotel was ok and clean, although a bit expensive. I guess you pay for the pool, which is nice and in the shade. A good spot to cool off on hot days or do some exercising, but not for lounging. Location of the hotel is excellent, but there are many more options in the Old City area. The staff...

I stayed here in November 2016 and was impressed with this place. The staff were all very friendly and make you feel like your one of them. The room was large and the fan cooled me just fine (although you do have the AC option for 800 baht - but mine was 400 baht). Lin is a staff member here...

My husband and I stayed at SK House 2 in Chiang Mai in November 2015. My expectations were low due to the incredible price, and I was very pleasantly surprised! The hotel was nice and clean, and our fan room was comfortable (though warm!). The pool was lovely and the staff were kind and helpful. We were able to store...

This is a funky place off a narrow alley in the Old City of Chiang Mai. It is an area filled with restaurants, place to hang out, and some notable Wats. While I would rate my room as 2 Star, it was large and had its own private bath. It was clean and certainly an excellent place to stay for...

The staff are helpful and travel agent was great. Swimming pool is down in the lounge but I'd nice as people are around to talk to. Roof top has loungers The fan room I'd fine (for what you pay!), but I found it too warm.. the toilets were OK but for the price you can't complain!

So glad that we found this hostel. It's got a bar, a pool and serves good food. The rooms are comfy with en suites and some have AC (slightly more expensive but personal preference). Nick and the other staff always gave us a warm welcome and shared a drink with us in the evening. There were groups of travellers and...

A group of us stayed there and for 2 nights. They gave each one of us a different price as we were walked in guest and at the different hours of the same day then later on when we complained none of them took responsibility and basically ignored it and we let it go. The next day we decided that...
