This place has a very unique, but very cosy setting. The service is good, the food is good and it is reasonably priced. They offer Thai and Western dishes and do a pretty good job on both. I had lunch there and enjoyed it.

Brekkie for first time here and not impressed. Staff were attentive, polite and efficient. American breakfast well priced but ruined by scrambled eggs swimming in oil. Bacon was cooked well with excellent toast. Brewed coffee was fair. Given the price (105bt)- you get what you pay for. Central location but there are far better Brekkie spots available. Wont be back.

I stayed here for 3 nights when meeting up with friends in Cm. The place is actually nicely laid out with bar and restaurant at the front and nice garden to sit and enjoy a drink or food away from the busy street. Then to the rear of the garden are the rooms, well situated and quiet. Staff were friendly...

Our room was pretty cheap (400baht/night) but it was also pretty dirty. The toilet was leaking, there was hair on the sheets, the wifi connection was very poor. We didn't use the fridge as it was very smelly. The room had air con, which was nice. Staff was nice and helpful though. Also the guest house was close to the...

I stayed here in 2001 and booked again knowing how close to the night market it is. Upon arrival, we were told we booked the Oriental House, not the Garden Guesthouse/Restaurant, as the owner has 2 hotels, and as in the above name, has combined them to one under false pretentions. I have attached the photos of his other hotel...

Set in a small cute, garden on the Loi Khro road, very close to the night bazar and the bustling, touristy area of Chiang Mai, the rooms are quiet as they are set in the back of the garden cum restaurant. the plants are lovely and there are interesting artefacts, creating a nice ambience. The rooms are now showing their...

The restaurant of Oriental guest house is a place to relax without luxury. Just minutes away from Le Meridien, this is what Chiang Mai used to be. A large Chang beer for 85 Baht, a young coconut for 50 baht or a very nice complete fish with lots of vegetables well prepared for 179 baht or a nice beef with...

Nice garden restaurant. Room had enough space and natural light coming in. Good fan kept mosquitoes away when sleeping. AC I didn't even need. Good location. - My water heater didn't give water warm enough - Hard mattress
