We stayed at Yindee for three nights, in gorgeous rooms on the second floor. The place is very clean, reasonably priced, quiet, and in a great location. Oh, and it has cats. That's always a plus :-D The only thing missing was a fridge in the room.

The smell in the bathroom was absolutely disgusting when we first opened the door. Like wow that bad. Bed was hard but that is with everywhere we stayed in Thailand so far. It was styled modernly and was nice and had a comfortable feeling. Had a lot of TV channels to choose from even a few English. Free WiFi which...

With the location you don't need to bother with Tuk tuks at all - everything is a 20 minute away or less. The room was comfortable and the owner was very friendly. You can buy drinks from a guy at the hotel for very cheap and you meet lots of people sitting out the front. It's right around the corner...

Wifi pretty good, air conditioning very good, staff helpful, close to nightlife and good places to eat but quiet enough to sleep, balcony and places to sit out the front, plenty of books to read and swap

Up until check out this would have been a 4* review. We had actually already decided that when we returned to Chiang Mai we would definitely stay here again. Very reasonably priced. Rooms good size & clean. Location excellent for bars, restaurants, temples and moat. WIFI a bit unreliable. HOWEVER on morning of check out at around 10am we asked...

Stayed here for 6 nights. What a lovely guesthouse . Our room was clean and comfy and the air conditioning was really efficient. The area was nice and quiet so we slept really well. The guesthouse is fairly near some bars but, without fail, the music there stopped at midnight every night rather then rambling on in to the early...

We stayed here for 5 nights while we had the room with the double bed. We enjoyed our stay at the Yindee Stylish Guesthouse. Clean and beautiful rooms and the guesthouse is perfectly situated on the old town. Everything is at walking distantance. Negative point is the breakfast, therefore you have to go to the neighbours. Conclusion: good and clean...

We stayed here for 4 nights and enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere. There's nothing better than having a beer outside on the patio playing cards and watching the house cats walking around. Very clean and friendly staff. There's always fresh fruits and coffee for free. Very close to the Sunday night market, restaurants and bars.

Great location on a vibrant side street away from the noisy main road. Yindee is surrounded by cute restaurants, massage parlors, and has a market very near by. Close walking distance to the city's night life. Our room was extremely nice (much nicer than expected, but I think we were in one of the fancier suites), and the staff were...

Yindee has good location in the old city. They have pretty entryway and good sized rooms. There is no lock box in the room and the locks on the door did not seem super secure, otherwise it was clean and safe for budget lodging. I would recommend staying on the first floor since they do not have an elevator.
