While Anoma didn't live up to the expectations of a 'Boutique Hotel', it was certainly a comfortable stay. The beds were great and the rooms were well-equipped. The breakfast options were decent as well. The photos on the website are quite misleading. I was expecting a more quaint residence and it could have been cleaner but I would stay here... More

Looked really good from the outside and with reasonable prices but the service was kind of terrible, the food was way too fatty and did not look at all like the pictures (burger had a tiny sized patty). One thing I would say is the people were nice and the fried rice was good and big.

I just want to tell that I don't give 2 stars to the position, as the hotel is good located, but to the service and the appearance of the hotel. The staff is really bored and absolutely not interested in costumers, they don't pay attention in giving you a minimum of service and you have to ask for every basic... More

We came here for lunch whilst walking through the old town, and the food was great, and fairly priced as well. The only issue was the staff kept giving the wrong dishes to the wrong people (on our table) but we just found that a little funny, and they made the wrong dish extra spicey so two of our friends... Just not up to the 2013 4 star rating as per Trip-advisor. We were utterly disappointed. The pictures did not do justice, and the staff were disconnected from the guests most of the time (more connected to their phones) The room was bland and certainly not as clean as we have experienced in other similarly priced accommodation, bathroom was disgusting.... We stumbled across this place after arriving late with no pre booked place. The price was the same as we've been paying in Pai & Chiang Mai and it was fully worth it. The room was stunning. It was clean with a massive bed. Good hot shower also. The air con was great and not loud. Really glad we stayed... More

Quite good location Rooftop jacuzzi was never working unfortunate as it was 40+ c when we were there and any form of water would of been good Nice staff during the day and early check in was appreciated They also let us use bag storage until our transfer came Would recommend to other budget travelers Just don't bring any smelly... We walked in of the street and managed to get a room at a very good price, right in old Chiang Mai. Our room is quiet and comfortable and we have our own balcony, not much of a view. Breakfast was included in our price and there was a good selection to choose from. Very good wifi, real hot water,... More
