We stayed here for 3 nights to visit Chiangmai. It is very close to the night market and walking distance to the museums. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the breakfast included in the room rate was good

Yes they can help arrange laundry. Plus there are places located nearby too.

I want to say it starts at 6 but I would email them just to make sure if you have early tours.

You don't need it printed. When you arrive just inform them of your name and they'll find your booking on the system easily
