We booked this hotel based on price ($15 for double room) and the fact that it had a pool and included breakfast. However, refurbishment was underway during our stay although the place was in a mess, no work was ever seen to be done. The room was ok, most other areas messy. The pool is awful by design, I am...

Their picture were really nice on website. The truth is on the other side. The room was very dirty. A faucet in the bathroom is broken. All the electric outlet cover came off. I asked for a night gown before I went out on the afternoon when I came back I ask front desk if they already drop it off...

Stayed here for 3 nights whilst waiting for a cheaper flight to Phuket. I really believe that you could get better for your money. The wifi was just awful. The place needed a major refurb and nothing seemed very clean. The beds were comfy and seemed clean but everything else needed some major TLC. you could only get a Luke...

We were afraid because of the opinions but for me they made a fully renovation. Our room was clean, with hot water, perfect AC, mini bar and no bugs. They dont offer breakfast but instead have toaster, boiling water and microwave. Also the pool was really clean and the washing machine was a great option to save money, cos you...

I checked into this hotel as it was near the hospital only to realise that night that there are little tiny mites crawling around the room and bathroom. I went down to tell the staff and they wouldn't give a refund and didn't care about the issue. The place also looks nothing like the photos and is dilapidated and smelly....

Very quirky hotel. In a good location just outside the walls of the old town. Staff were nice. Small outdoor pool on the 4th floor that was great! Washing machines on the 4th floor for 40 baht per wash and a space to hang and dry clothes (you can buy washing detergent at reception for 10 baht). Room was big...

Its disappointing to see the farang reviews stating negative comments... I am from Canada, here to tend to my father in the chiangmai ram hospital. The hotel staff has been most kind and respectful. The staff clean the room beautifully every day(don't be cheap, leave a tip). The rooms are as nice as you can expect for 20-25$ per night......

This hotel isn't that great but it was the cheapest one we paid at £14 per night so you cant expect much really! Location was pretty crap, only good thing was we were close to the airport. None of the taxi drivers/tuk tuks knew where the hotel was so had to get it up on our phones every time. The...
