A cute and enjoyable place to stay. The staff (especially Lah) are amazing and so helpful. The location is a little ways out of the city but a TukTuk or Red Car shouldn't cost you more than 150 baht ($5-6 USD).

This was by far one of may favourite stays of my whole month in Thailand. It is situated about 20 Tuk Tuk minutes from the centre of Chang Mai which was perfect for us as we loved the city and wanted somewhere to retreat to after sight seeing. The pool area was just beautiful, the rooms were well thought out,...

Our stay at Liam's was fantastic. Comfortable, spotless rooms, refreshing pool, superior service, peaceful setting, what more could you ask for? We did not eat in the restaurant, but there are plenty of places for meals, snacks and fruit nearby. If you want a lovely respite and are okay with paying $8-10 a day for a tuk tuk to and...

Liam's is located about 15 minutes by tuk-tuk from the Old City. Owners and staff are very helpful, as others have mentioned. Pool and grounds are like an oasis in the middle of a hot day. Rooms are comfortable and clean, beds good and showers hot and strong. The village nearby has some good food on offer - including the...

This has been a very lovely experience at the guesthouse. It's located just outside the main area of Chang Mai, so it's very quiet and peaceful. You can fall asleep listening to the sound of birds chirping and crickets. There are a small number of rooms, so book early and know that there will not be overcrowded pool areas or...

We stayed here 3 nights. The room was big, clean and decorated in a traditional style! Everything made us comfortable, the balcony with chairs, the sofa and the TV. The owners are so kind they make you really feel at home when you arrive they lend you a mobile phone so that if you need anything you can contact them,...

A hidden gem a couple of miles to the north of Chiang Mai. I stayed there with my family of four and we had a great time: spacious and beautifully decorated rooms, lovely garden with swimming pool, friendly and knowledgeable staff and a truly excellent breakfast. Highly recommended!

We had a very nice and peaceful 7 nights here. La was very helpful and friendly and a real asset to the business. Daphne ( the owner) was equally helpful and pleasant. The only downside was the cold pool which doesn't get much sun owing to the lovely trees surrounding it, but this didn't spoil our stay and once you...

The rooms were spacious and nicely decorated with good taste, the whole pool area was surrounded by tropical plants giving it a very relaxing feel. Even though the location is a bit farther from the city center, Daphne, the owner, will provide your very own cell phone with numbers to good taxi and tuk-tuk drivers who are willing to take...
