Easy reachable from Chiang Mai Int'l Airport, there is a local shuttle bus, its 40THB per passenger to this guesthouse. Walking distance to the local famous nightmarket and the the Tae Pa gate. Easy to fine loacal restaurant for dinning problem.Second, the room is space enough, with closet and little tables, aircon working properly, and the most important is the... More

This hotel was a bit of a surprise. We couldn't find good pictures of the rooms online and were pleasantly surprised with how nice and premium they felt. We had a big balcony overlooking the city and one queen and one full bed in the room. The room itself was very big which was a nice change. The staff is... More

Highly recommended. Great place to stay in Chiang Mai. Close to the city square, but also in quaint location. Wi, the male receptionist, was particularly welcoming and made every effort to accommodate us right away even though we were a bit early getting to the hotel.

The accommodations here are pretty good, but the staff service and attitude was absolutely amazing. The male receptionist, Wi, helped us and gave recommendations of cooking classes and other adventures to book. He was happy to help us in any way that he could, and always did so with a smile. I travel a good amount, and this was by... More

Nice big clean room with good air con system. Cleanliness and safety are my top 2 criteria of any hotel and Bed and Terrace Guesthouse is fantastic. This was one of my favorite places to stay as the reception is warm and friendly and the atmosphere is cute and cozy. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this... More

Stayed here whilst we were in Chiang Mai and it's well located away from the main road but close enough to walk to the centre of town. Staff were friendly and the room was clean and simple. We actually arrived before our twin room was ready and the receptionist upgraded us to a triple room to save us waiting. Wifi... More

The staff was very helpful with... More

Big comfy bed, fridge with ice trays, lovely furniture, wet room and mosquito panels on the Windows. Also has a balcony for the room. Very affordable and the staff are amazing. Let us use their reception computer, scanner and printer when we needed to print some documents

We stayed at Bed And Terrace Chiang Mai in April 2016. We had friends staying at other hostels around Chiang Mai, both of which were 15 minutes walking Hotel: The hotel itself is a little old, but certainly has a nice vibe to it with a seating area/ping pong table in the lobby. Our room itself was ok, there were... More

Stayed in the guesthouse for a week of NYE 2016 and were very please with the place. We had a private double room with private bathroom. We decided on getting a room with a fan only as we were travelling during the cooler time of the year and it was definitely okay - no AC needed in December\January! There were... More
