What a great hotel with everything you could ask for including great food , great prices both accommodation and meals. Our stay included breakfast with friendly smiling staff who are helpful, and happy to help any way they can. Everything from calling a tut tut to assisting with ice cream. The place is spotless, the pool delightful with a functional...

I stayed here for one night based on the amazing reviews, but I have to say, I'm not sure I understand the raves. It's a cheap price, but the room was a bit dirty and the included breakfast was disgusting. I ordered eggs, but they were too watery to even eat. I ended up just having some fruit. There was...

We stayed in Chiang Mai for 4 days and stayed at the Grand Napat. It was beautiful and clean. The staff were able to book us all of our tours and were very helpful when recommending authentic restaurants nearby. It is just outside the old town, and we walked one day, but then discovered that tuk tuk's were the way...

We stayed here for one night after a trip and were incredibly impressed. These apartments are fitted out like a 4* hotel, complete with helpful reception and buffet breakfast. We had a two bed apt for 5, perfect for a family which included three TVs and a kitchenette, lots of bathroom toiletries. They forgot to include a third bed in...

A bit hidden, you cannot see it from the street and a bit away from the city center (which for me is a plus). Lots of amenities nearby like restaurants, supermarkets, laundry, barber shop, etc. The building seems to have some years, and maybe some of the carpets need a change, but the rooms were comfortable (we rented 2 rooms,...

The Grand Napat Serviced Apartments turned out to be the best designed hotel of the 4 we visited in Thailand. For a family of 3, the two bedroom in the south tower was remarkable. The kind of place you wish you could live in in Europe! We walked to center - 15 - 20 minutes. Tuk tuk or taxi -...

The hotel service is good. Room is quiet and clean. It's a good location. 10 min by tuk tuk from the old town and 20 minutes from several malls and 25 minutes from the night market. The pool is very nice. An a ample breakfast with some variety is included with the room. We booked it as we thought it...

The hotel was great and the staff was friendly. The rooms are very large. The only trouble I had was with the internet connection. It would consistently disconnect. Other than that, I'd stay there again.

We stayed for 4 nights in an appartment. Very pleased about it because it was clean, new and modern. Nice pool and good breakfast. Just outside Chang Mai central and not Manu things to do near hotel. But within 10 min you are in central Chang Mai, no problem for us

Overall we had an enjoyable stay in a comfortable and friendly hotel. Only downside is slightly haphazard room servicing and occasional poor cleaning. However we would stay in this hotel again on further visits to wonderful Chaing Mai.
