Stayed here for 12 nights after a week of hectic sightseeing elsewhere. Our room was large, comfortable with a small fridge and microwave along with a separate seating area. Set off the road made it quiet at night although there is some construction going on next door, however if you are out and about during the day this is not...

Staying here for 5 days with two kids (11 & 8). Two bedroom apartment is awesome with loads of space and fantastic set out. Location is a bit out of old city but only 100bht in Tuk Tuk. Breakfast is basic but ok. Gym just usable and pool very good. Staff are very helpful but English not so good but...

excellent apartment hotel for long family stay. Tucked away from the city center which is only 10 minutes tuk-tuk ride. It took me 20 minutes walk to the old city. Apartments available in different configuration. Good swimming pool. Small restaurant serving breakfast buffet and lunch/dinner a la carte. Excellent staff which i think is their greatest asset. Free airport suttle...

We stayed for 3 nights while exploring Chiang Mai. Its a lovely place with clean rooms, reasonable size outside pool and gym facilities. The breakfast lacks variety but was still delicious especially if you take a seat outside by the pool. Definitely recommend - its value for money.

I stayed here for one night. The hotel was very nice, modern and clean. The pool was very nice. The room was big and clean. Complimentary water. The gym was okay. Breakfast was okay. It's a 100baht tuk tuk to the night market.

Stayed at this hotel with my partner - it was both of our first times in Chiang Mai so didn't really know the area. We found it to be in a fairly good location for everything we did during our stay. Staff were really friendly and most understood/spoke some English. We stayed in a Studio Room and found it was...

The Grand Napat serviced apartments are spacious, clean, and have a friendly staff that is very helpful. My family was very pleased with our stay here. The concierge will help with booking drivers, tours, and offering good advice. I would definitely stay here again.

Had a lovely stay at the Grand Napat. It's not particularly fancy but decent value. Breakfast was not particularly exciting, quite basic but not bad. Here are our pros and cons: Pros: 1) the staff were lovely - very friendly, good english and eager to help - organised tours for us 2) nice pool and gym 3) rooms clean and...
