Had an amazing stay and would highly recommend. Super friendly staff, everything was clean and top notch service. The design of East meet West was absolutely perfect. Massive choice of breakfast was wonderful. Just can’t fault this place at all. Will definitely want to revisit.
Centrally located hotel but a mini oasis once you enter with plants and water features. Our room was of good size, comfy bed, decent aircon and all amenities needed for a short stay. It overlooked the courtyard so no outdoor space and had to keep curtains shut as people could just walk past. Being in town the pool area is surrounded by buildings so always in the shade which was a good thing in the July sun. There’s a few sun loungers for chilling, pool was hardly used whilst we were there, so although small could do a few laps as had it almost had it to ourselves. There’s no drink service so we just bought them in the 7/11 around the corner. They do have free snacks and ice creams which was a nice touch. Breakfast is waiter service with a small limited Buffet, as a vegetarian there was only one choice but they did allow us to swamp the French toast (would highly recommend) with pancakes one day. The staff although friendly lacked knowledge of the area, asked for restaurant recommendations only for them to google, given they Covid has badly affected Chaing Mai those they found had shut. We found using recently dated TA reviews the best option. For transport use the songthaews found outside the hotel, they’ll do you a good deal for long distance(cheaper than organised tours and can tailor where you visit). Would recommend.…
The hotel design is retro design with a touch of modern. The reception, name is IMM if I remember correctly, was very nice and helpful during my checking and recommend me some fantastic restaurant nearby. All the staffs are friendly, helpful and approachable. The room is spacious, clean and neat. The hotel is beside the wat Phra singh temple. Would stay here if I visited here again.
The hotel foyer has a little waterfall feature with fish , is immaculately furnished , clean and leads onto a small swimming pool . It’s a pleasant area and peaceful. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. Our room was lovely , very comfortable bed , again clean and furnished in the Lanna style , having Netflix was a good bonus . The cleaning was excellent, and the hotel is ideally situated for all amenities. Breakfast was included and had many options , along with fruit , salads , croissants, toasts and juice , all fresh and tasty . Our stay was all too short and we hope to return sometime.
Gorgeous hotel, lovely room and common areas. Loved the complimentary snacks and breakfast. The pool is a great temperature, the bed is comfy, the location is convenient (at night it is a bit quiet, but I am sure that will pick up more post covid). Only feedback I would give to the hotel is that I wanted a poolside cocktail after a tour one day (maybe 6pm or so) and I was told they didn't serve drinks at that time, I actually feel like it was the perfect time for a happy hour. Money saving tip for tourist, there is a laundromat right next door, we didn't realise and paid a lot more money for the hotel to do our laundry.
This is a really cute chic hotel. The room might be compact, but it has everything that you need. The bathtub is quite spacious to take a bath. It’s 2 story and has no elevator. There are cold towels, water, juices and snacks always available for guests in the lobby. Breakfast is served from 630-1030 AM and has lots of exotic fruits, which I appreciate. Besides all these great tangibles, it’s the service that wow me. The staff is always super friendly and willing to help. They would call the places where I wanted to go to to ask questions for me, confirm reservations, ensure I enter the correct destination addresses when using Grab and etc. This is a type of service that the staff at Arte Hotel in Bangkok should mirror since it lacks the most. 99 Heritage is highly recommended and if I’m back in Chiang Mai, I would definitely stay here again.…
Hotel is very nice and prime location in Chiang Mai town. Service is also excellent and not far from Phra Singh temple. Breakfast is very delicious and hope to have a chance to revisit again soon at the hotel.
This hotel is amazing! It looks completely stunning and is in a prime location. The staff have been really helpful in letting me know of where certain events were happening over NYE and also how much I should be paying for in tuk tuk rides! The room itself was brilliant, the bathroom is elegantly designed and is finished to a high standard. The room had Netflix which is a really nice touch, especially if you just want some time away from it a little. The room had A/C and worked consistently. My only criticism is that the restaurant wasn't open every day we were there. The one day we wanted to eat there, it was closed. BUT I can totally understand why. With how bad Chiang Mai has been hit economically it probably doesn't pay to keep it open 7 days a week. Overall I would stay there again when I'm back!…
Perfectly located in the city center, nearby temples and in the old city, a very beautiful hotel with comfortable rooms. Staff is really kind and international breakfast was one of the best we have eaten in Thailand. We would recommend 100% this nice hotel
The hotel is on the comfortable location, the middle of the city, which is arounded by the beautiful temples and easily to walk around the area. There is the walking street on Sunday evening just 200meters from the hotel. The staffs are nice and willing to help and provide anything I'd like to do and ask for. If you are looking for the accommodation in Chiang Mai I'd like to recommend you to stay here, at 99 The Heritage Hotel.
