I've been staying in Bank Ong Rao for 1 month first in April and then for another month in August, so in total I've been there for two months: in those two months I haven't had one little problem! It was just PERFECT!!! Near to my thai massage school (ITM, about 35 seconds by walk!!!) and surrounded by many little... More

We very much enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and the room was just beautiful. The quality of the furnishings and environs for your dollar is just terrific. In Canada, we probably couldn't afford to stay in a hotel of similar quality. Our only complaint was that it was a bit out of the old city... More

I picked Ban Kong completely from the reviews on Trip Advisor. It was exactly as I had expected. The previous positive reviews are accurate. The hotel is cozy, peacefull, and has a nice comfortable atmosphere. As we were travelling as a family with two children aged 10 and 13 we wanted to stay in one room. We have had problems... More

Exceeded my expectations, in spite of all of the good recommendations I read. Booked a room for a week here in July while taking a course at Chiang Mai University, figuring that I'd do a bit of ground research and find another place to switch to. I ended up staying there the whole month, extending my stay week by week.... More

My sister and I just spent 10 days here and were so impressed by the friendly staff, the food and the cleanliness of the place. They couldn't do enough for us. It is a real gem and worth staying. It is slighlty outside the town but we preferred that. There is a great yoga studio and cafe opposite too (satva... More

My boyfriend and I spent a few nights here. We loved it! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room is clean and spacious. Great price for the hotel! I highly recommend this B&B!!! The food was very good. Computer to share for free in the lobby. Quiet at night and able to walk into town during the day.

We stayed here a week as I was studying at the near by ITM. The place is just beautiful and the staff super friendly and kind. The rooms are large and clean with very comfy beds, a tv and a fridge. You get free water and wifi here. I didn't find the location a problem at all, all the main... More

I chose this hotel based on the reviews on TripAdvisor and from the hotel's website. Unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations. I prefer to walk rather than to commute and I could say the location is way off from the Old City. The hotel changes room towels and bed linens every 2-3 days. I used mine for 4 nights.... More
