Stayed here for a week and found it be a wonderful place for a good rest with full room fittings, air-conditioned, clean and with helpful staff. They changed my bed sheet daily and it also came with a simple breakfast for less than USD$35/- daily with service charge. It is run by a Chinese lady which I addressed as sister...

Quite a big hotel but oddly tucked away. About 10 or 15 minutes walk away from the old city north gate. The staff were friendly and we had no probems getting checked in or out. A lot of the taxi/bus drivers were aware of it and knew where to take us as soon as we asked. There are a lot...

Located outside the city, it's not convenient to go around. The manager (the only one who speaks english) is never there so you have to deal with sign language. I have been asking the manager by phone and email for a bicycle several times. I ended with a motorbike..The house keeper was very unfriendly. There is a breakfast but not...

Went to Chiang mai for new year. Been here 3 times before and loved it each time. Yes they have changed management but the place keeps its charm. There have been some improvements since our last visit including replacement of the wooden floors in the public areas and water pressure is now much the same as a western hotel. Best...

My husband and I loved it here. Clean bed, AC, free WiFi, decent shower, peaceful. There's a continental breakfast (hard boiled eggs, rice, toast, cereal, fruit, coffee /tea). However there's a restaurant attached that serves a delicious breakfast at a reasonable price. It's just far enough from the downtown core so you get a bit more of an authentic experience...

This is a great hotel let down by a bit of quality and finishing. The courtyard is nice but they store too much of their day to day equipment and it needs renovating a little. The rooms are large and OK, but the patio windows didn't lock in both bedrooms and the bathroom walls were bare concrete. The staff were...

My girlfriend and u stayed there for 5 nights then went to Pai and came back for 3 more nights- really felt like home to us. Clean clean rooms, daily bottled water and toilet paper. They have a small breakfast for free which is nice for a quick start to your day but they also have a small restaurant for...

I spent 5 days in Ban Kong Rao with my family (incl 3 kids). It is a great place, charming, well made, the rooms are nice. It can be quite noisy but it is also because the hotel is situated in a very lively neighbourhood which is a thing I like because I prefer to be embedded with the population...
