Stayed here three nights. Would not return in present state. Pros: 1. friendly staff and owner Cons: No hot water!! I heard others complaining and when I asked to switch rooms or shower in another was told all rooms are the same. It was 10 degrees and raining the entire time in Chiang Mai. It was really difficult to give a score to this hotel as they have some really good points, but on other hand some really bad ones. We really enjoyed the swimming pool area as it is really elegante and makes you feel cozy and relaxed. Breakfast was ok and in good quantity. We didn't like our room as it was...

Set in a quiet neighborhood, this small hotel is a very pleasant change from the hectic central part of Chiang Mai, is only 5-10 minute walk away and it is easy to get to the day and night markets as well as shops and restaurants. The hotel is very well run, the staff are very welcoming and helpful. We spent...

We spent a week here in March 2015- 2 adults and a child in the adjoining family rooms. The rooms, location, and breakfast worked perfectly for us- we were out and about most days and would come back to a lovely cool room. Our rest days we spent in the pool, or sitting on the balcony watching the cats find...

The Castle is as pretty as the pictures and the owners are wonderful. Rooms and everything is quite exceptional for the price.Located close to the old town and Sunday Market. If you are not happy with this for the price, you are just being silly. For the value it is terrific.

Rooms were clean, stafffriendly and polite. Warm shower. Only...

We travelled with another family and does all the tour planning ourself. This hotel was a Last minute choice but we do like small boutique hotels. And we are so Glad we stayed here. Located slightly off the main road in the heart of the city means it is also quieter. Yet one can get a Tuk Tuk easily to...

A warm and friendly service from check in to check out, it is further back from shops etc. But is only a 10 minute walk. Owner is extremely helpful and knowledgeable of the local area, trips and...
