Just spent 4 nights at The Castle hotel and I enjoyed it. Quiet neighborhood not far from the Chiang Mai gate and old city. Ac and Wifi good. Breakfast is available and there is a great little small pool. Room was clean and had some English speaking tv channels. A computer for guests use on every floor. Jand at the...

Location is a 15 minutes walk from old town. Which makes food, massages etc much cheaper around the hotel. The area is absolute noiseless, and the hotel is pleasant and clean. Owner is laidback and natural.

Will start with the good. The location is in a quiet street about 10 minutes walk to Chiangmai Gate, night market on Saturday and food nightly market near Chiangmai gate. Nearby , I found little stall selling bananas and few drinks, snacks and next door and down the road is laundry service. Reception are genuine and pleasant enough and lobby...

We only stayed for three nights as we like to move around experiencing different areas during our holiday. We really enjoyed staying in this hotel. The owner and staff were very friendly and helpful. We found the lady on the reception was lovely and looked after us at breakfast which was tasty and quickly served by the poolside every morning...

Spent 3 nights at the castle with my girlfriend. The hotel was great, rooms were clean, air con worked perfectly and rooms cleaned daily. The owner was a European guy who has excellent English, this was very helpful as he was there to assist when booking days out. He organised a private driver for 1000TBH (for the entire day) where...

Could not fault this little hotel, The owner Ïke""was very helpful as was all the staff. Breakfast basic, but as the hotel is only 10 mins from Chiang Mai market who cares. Rooms could do with coffee/Tea facilities, but over all a great stay for the price. Recommend for couples or families. Location is quiet, but close enough to the...

After staying in Chiang Mai for six weeks in various hotels and guest houses, I found this hotel the worst experience of all mainly due to poor hotel design which meant poor sleep. I had a standard room on the second floor which stepped out onto a common passageway. The room was exceptionally noisy particularly at night upon the movement...

Situated just a few minutes walk from the south Chiang Mai Gate, this is a wonderful place to just sit back and relax after a long day. The rooms are comfortable and to the point with great bathrooms and comfortable beds. Clean, neat and tidy! Just the way it should be. The court yard area has a small pool and...

We stayed here for 5 nights whilst we explored the city. It's close enough to the old city and temples and far enough away that it's peaceful at night. There is a small pool which is ideal to sit in when it's warm. The room was clean with good air con and amenities; water was provided every day and the...
