Service was good, rate was also reasonable. Rooms were clean, the common area is very big to fit us all..love this place. Located within walking distance to the local market, the newly opened Hard Rock Cafe, easy to find foods and drinks..

If you're after luxury then this isn't the place for you. Having said that, it was clean and the bed was big and really comfortable. The staff were very friendly and sorted stuff out for us. Location is next to the night bazaar but far enough away to not hear any noise. Not too far from the old walled city....

A good location for the night bazaar and night food areas and a reasonably short walk to the market area and Tha Phae Gates. The availability of a lift to get to the 2nd and 3rd floors was a real bonus for a hotel in this price range. The downstairs area is very pleasant as is the area used to...

The bathroom walls don't remember being cleaned, cofee jars, ovaltine jars and so on, that everybody uses at brekfast, are simply dirty, the towels smell (clean towels - supposedly), bathroom smells...really, I gave it 2 points for the low price only. Laundry too expensive - do it in the town

Stayed for 8 nights here. We had a superior room which just means we had a sitting area, more space to spread ourselves. Our room was in the first floor, the lighting was very dim which was great for me because it was very dark in the morning and quite, can't hear traffic or people at all. The staff were...

Very helpful old chap on reception. Spoke good English too. Rooms in need of refurbishment but otherwise clean. Beds were comfy but the duvets were a bit weird. Literally the blanket placed in between two bedsheets so was quite hard to keep it all together! Location was pretty good. 5 min walk to night market and 10 min walk to...

We stayed here for four nights. They have great service and staff! The owner is very friendly and speaks great English. Laundry was cheap and same day. For breakfast, they have the same three options everyday, but good free food. The housekeepers even provide good service by tidying your stuff nicely! I thought the shower amd toilet combo would be...

When I planned my trip to Chiang Mai, I thought that by staying at several different areas of the city would be a good way of getting to know the city better. I stayed at the Tawan Court for 4 days. All was fine. The location, the staff, the wifi, the real refrig were all super. Then, I went to...
