This is a beautiful hotel and the room was magnificent...but we do NOT recommend it for Europeans. . Most of the clients are Chinese and as a result, the staff are more proficient in Chinese than English. We have stayed in many hotels in Thailand and the staff here were the most clueless ever...mainly because of their command of English....

Our first stay in Chiang Mai...and what a treat. Our one-bedroom suite was spacious and extremely comfortable. There were two beautiful full tile bathrooms in the suite, one with a separate large soaking tub and glass-enclosed shower. Despite being immediately next to the hotel construction next door, our room was quiet and peaceful during our 2 night stay. We found...

The hotel is a bit offsite which does not mean that you get quiet (Karaokee, constructions from the neighbour hotel). Most guests are Chinese. The worst is the breakfast - nothing to find which is liked by Europeans (NO Croissants, Rolls, Jam, Cappucino, Pancake). Instead you get Chinese food which would be expected for lunch in Europe. The rooms are...

Many times i visited this hotel but it's the first time i write the review because it's always good. Highlights for me are the buffet breakfast which contains many choices of northern Thai food (although service is not good), location and room decoration.

I chose this hotel because of the previous review. What happened to me is totally different from what I had read. Checked in was terrible slow due to they were having issue with other guests. If I am not mistaken it was about fully booked. Their parking lots is limited. The road in front of the hotel is not pleasant...

This hotel is so old world, peaceful and beautiful right in the midst of Chiang Mai. Set off a busy street, close to a local mall when you enter this hotel you feel you are in a Victorian home in the country. Lovely pool area and delightful areas to sit and enjoy wooded views.

Quite unassuming from the outside but it had been a wonderful experience from all around . Very helpful and friendly staff, excellent breakfast spread and very clean rooms beautifully decorated,be it in the room or along the corridors or the garden on the roof top. Except for our planned schedule, I would have loved to stay on for some more...

This hotel has been occupied by Chinese tourists with its decoration catering to the bourgeois sentiment. We had a tiny room which is newly built so there's still a smell of paint. But it's already heaven for us as a shift from the night before in a dirty hotel All and all a pleasant experience in the room and we...

Very pleasant boutique style hotel. Been to many hotels around Thailand and in many countries but non like this one. Clean new rooms with full facilities. Amazing decorations and well designed. Can tell how they are so detailed about every little spots and every corners. Huge selections of breakfast line to choose from. Service is great by most of their...
