This hotel is deteriorating lately, it was cleaner 3 years ago. The walls in my room had large scratches on the paint, stains etc. Looks like needs a good paint job. Parking lot is almost non-existant, 3 cars can tightly park, extreme narrow driveway even for compact cars.

Arrived in the middle of the night. Reception Staff awaiting for us. Everything in the room was as we wished and above our expectations. Beds were confortable and linen changed every 3 days or/and on demand... Thank you for the environment...

This was a nice, clean hotel. It’s a bit out of the way, but a ten min walk to the BTS. WIFI was 20mps up/down. I’d rate it a 5 but the neighborhood has really rough sidewalks and low awnings. Not a big deal during daylight hours, but a bit of an annoying issue at night for taller folks.

•It’s in a quiet neighborhood that’s not so far from the BTS. • Room is cleaned to perfection every day. • Walking distance to IconSiam or take free shuttle by the BTS station. • Lots of food options nearby plus it’s very near 7-11 ( convenience store )
