Generally i like hotel location, which is a walking distance to BTS Ekamai. However, they offer free Tuk Tuk shuttle service to BTS. Staffs were very polite and attentive. The room was spacious. If I have a free time,I will booking here again.
I visited Bangkok for a vacation and stayed at this hotel. Bangkok is a really lovely city!! This hotel is a very pleasant memory that is highly recommended.....friendly and helpful staff, clean and neat room conditions and use of swimming pool and gym. Special thanks to the front desk staff. They helped me kindly and meticulously for me. checked the reservations for the tours and massages that I had booked. and they asked if it was a comfortable time when I returned to the hotel after my schedule. and staff provided good information for my small questions. for example, proper taxi prices, local restaurants and recommended menu. Thanks to them, my trip in Bangkok was more enjoyable. If I go to Bangkok again, I would like to stay at this hotel again.
Only stayed for a night ~10minute walk from BTS station convenience store nearby free breakfast Staff are nice and helpful The only restaurant, too small there are not many food. Will recommend hotel to other!
Nice hotel, big and conformtable space, the room is clean, and has everything you need. you could cook and do laundry yourself, suit for family trip or long business trip. not so far from BTS, and there is convenien store just down stairs, easy to get breakfast there.
Bad experience! Not a real hotel, more of a service apartment. I stayed here for 2 nights and it was one of my worst stay in Bangkok. Towels and pillows are stained, no basic amenities (toothbrush, room slippers, etc.), WiFi network doesn’t stay connected for more than 10min. You could easily find better accommodation at the same price elsewhere. Upon check in, I was informed that my booked room type (Studio room) was not available and I was offered an “upgrade” to the Double room which includes an additional room and common toilet. However, they locked the common toilet and extra bedroom because I am not entitled to those based on my booking. Since it’s only be and partner, we have no need for the extra room but it just doesn’t feel like a sincere upgrade if you choose to lock the extra room and toilet. During our stay, our friend who’s not staying at the “hotel” came over to hang out in our room on both nights. Both nights when he arrived, we informed the front desk that he’s coming to grab a few drinks and the staff acknowledged without any comments. During checkout, we were charged an additional 2000THB (1000THB per night) because my friend visited for more than 4 hours per day and stayed past 2am. It would have been appreciated if the front desk staff informed us during check in or at the point when we informed that our friend would be visiting. I would not recommend staying here. …
Qiss residence is a good hotel. Clean and neat with smiling staff. But my request to management is that some Hindi channel be shown on TV and an Indian breakfast for an Indian customer. Very nice hotel to stay. Location is good
Except for WiFi, everything is good. Big room size, rooms are clean. Staffs are friendly and nice.quiet environment, although location is close to the city. But be awareness that WiFi is terrible.nobody can use it.
Very friendly staff, clean and comfortable room, room is gorgeous and extremely well maintained with washer/dryers. Hotel has a nearby 24hrs-opened store, easy to buy what you want.though is a little far away to BTS, but has free shuttle.
Our family recently relocated to Bangkok and spent our first month at Qiss. We are a family of 4 with 2 daughters aged 13 and 18 and stayed in a 2 bedroom suite. The staff could not have been more helpful or accommodating to us during this transitional time for our family. The rooms are gorgeous and extremely well maintained with washer/dryers which was hard to find in other serviced apartments in BKK during my search. Khun Jeerapan helped me make our initial reservation, and he and his entire staff answered all of my many questions about Bangkok, were extremely knowledgable, and so professional, greeting us with a smile each morning. This boutique hotel is so calm and peaceful upon walking in to the lobby, after leaving the hustle and bustle of the city. Our stay fell on CNY and the staff left us some sweet treats from a local bakery in our room which was a nice touch. The walk to the Ekkamai BTS is a brisk 10 minutes which was no problem for me. Grab an umbrella to shield you from the midday sun and it's a nice walk, but pick up pollution masks first from the little market located right next door to Qiss because the car exhaust on the main road can be a little rough. There is also a tuk tuk that can take you to the BTS as well, but depending on traffic, it can be faster to walk. We would highly recommend this place to anyone traveling to BKK, especially families.…
